Every time someone says cancel culture doesn't exists, they are the ones pushing for it the most. "Everytime I ask someone for an example of someone who's career was ruined by cancel culture, they always give me racists or criminals lmfao." And this is how they justify it, they vilify their victims whether it be true or not and in most cases, not.

This is why I have zero sympathy when cancel culture comes for one of the Twitter retards or “activists”. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. A mob will always eat their own. You reap what you sow.

About Free! I heard that the creator of the series had to change it's original plot of it being a sports anime because so many Western Fujos actually contacted Masahiro Yokotani to change it to be fap bait for them. It's kind of sad that many American fans have so much influence on anime and manga if they bitch enough at the creators.
I know many creators have shut down American Fujos demands.

I doubt that, though I did read that Free! originally was much more explicit about its fujoshi-pandering by having Haruka and Makoto be actual boyfriends, but the director either changed her mind or some higher-up at KyoAni said "No, tone that down" and so it's complete fujobait but there's nods to that idea between their interactions. The second season being more drama-filled than the first season sounds close to what you're saying, though, which explains why I didn't care for the second season as much as with the first.

Sadly TPCi (The Pokemon Company International) hired her to play a role in the dub of the current series...They also still work with Sean..I never did like their dub. It always sounded like shit ever since they took over and have been favoring profit over a quality dub. One of the biggest lies they ever told was at a convention in 2006, they told the attendees that they were going to keep it as close to the Japanese version as possible...Yeah...That didn't happen really. And starting with movie 17 they started removing the Japanese BGM and putting in their own stuff which never fit the mood of the scenes. (Again, because they are cheap.) The only time I actually watched their dub was movie 15. Because, they hired Vic to play Keldeo. But of course they bent the knee and never invited him back to do anything and started hiring woke garbage like Amanda.

I believe they're rather rotten to the core and not just a bad, cheap company. Good example, Carter Cathcart (a.k.a. Jimmy Zoppi a.k.a. Gary motherfucking Oak) is a complete egotistical jackass (who might have knowledge about some allegations of Tom Wayland being a rapist) but he's still in the dub probably because he's cheap or it's a grandfather clause at this point. (Or he and Lisa Ortiz are somehow banging, wouldn't that be something.)

Sean Schemmel for example, is only known for voicing Goku. He's done work in other series such as Yu-Gi-Oh! GX but people mostly known him for Goku.

Were those accusations about Tom even true? I've been questioning accusations more and more. Because false accusations are way more plentiful than feminists want you to believe. It's not just 2% of women lying… It's way more than that. And feminists sure as hell don't like other women such as me calling them out on that either. They will tell me that I'm just being brainwashed and that I need feminism to save me. Lol no I don't, I don't need it.

I don't even know, probably weren't since he still has work. I don't remember where else I had read up about it before Anime Outsiders brought it up on Nick's stream a couple years back, but far as I can remember there weren't any firsthand or secondhand accounts from those close to Wayland. I don't even know if Wayland was listed on the Broken Staircase or not, but supposedly everything went quiet about it.

Wouldn't have look very good for funimation to replace him then. Now that he's pissed alot of them off I'm sure he's gonna be in a less than pleasant work environment now. They could even use the excuse alot of places use now "not following vaccine mandate" unless chucks been doing some serious boot licking. But as he has never really been main character talent they may just overlook him because he isn't a threat to their ego

If he wants to replace someone, he can. Look at Tiffany Volmer. Look at Linda Young. LOOK AT VIC MIGNOGNA.
Do you really think he couldn't find someone else to voice Android 17 (or any of Chuck Huber's roles)?
Besides, even those mentioned in Funimation's affidavits are no longer there except Karen Mika.
Scott Barretto (Funimation Social Media Director)? Gone. Tammi Denbow (Sony HR rep who spoke with Vic)? Gone.

Nor has he mentioned anything about these guys being these moral paragons while also doing things like Panty and Stocking and Ghost Stories and they’re all walking a path of atonement for those roles.

Say what you want about 4Kids, but their actors always sounded like they were having a blast while recording, and whenever they make an appearance in the dub nowadays, they still sound great. Compare that to the actors who started when TPCi took over, and almost all of them (with a few exceptions, such as Marc Swint) sound bland and uninterested. Most of them were literally hired off of the street, and are often given no direction in the booth at all, leaving them to "do whatever". Let's also not forget that the voice director for a number of years was Tom Wayland, who had to be fired from the show after he got accused of raping a cosplayer at Anime Boston.

But of course they bent the knee and never invited him back to do anything and started hiring woke garbage like Amanda.

This is partly a result of them moving some of the dubbing to California once Lisa Ortiz moved out there in 2019. California being what it is, more of these woke types are starting to trickle into the dub, such as AWL, Daman Mills, Cristina Vee, and, of course, Casey Mongillo (that Troon who voiced Shinji in Netflix's EVA dub).

Nothing major as long as funi say nothing unlike how they did with Vic, it would blow over in time (unless something big comes up). You would have people saying "Why did they change out Chuck? We want Chuck back." and others "They probably let him go because of the Vic debacle." KV of course would gloat about him being recasted since he wouldn't blow sabat and the other barnyard animals. So it would be similar to when JYB took over as Broly.

The public/fans, if he were let go right after the Vic case,but now I don't think he would have as much public support if funimation quietly recast him over terri doti,or using the excuse that he refusing to get vaccinated.

lolno. As if Funimation cared about the opinion of fans unless it furthered to whatever end they wanted.
Look at the beginning of Weeb Wars. Do you think if Funimation cared, the Twitter circus would not have had been bad as it became?
Did they care about Vic's fans, who are more numerous than Huber's? No.
If they cared, they would have just put out a similar statement that Rooster Teeth did and nothing more. Behind the scenes, NDAs for all principal parties and the course of the investigation would have been swept under the rug.
What did Funimation lose in all this except cash from paying John Volney? Thanks to being under Sony, they've grown stronger and their grip on the industry has grown tighter.

I never said they did care, I said it would have caused more controversy & reflected poorly on them & made them look bad if they recast huber directly after the case ended without any excuse Which at the time they probably wanted to avoid. But now that it's been 2 years and Chuck has burned more bridges & had some incidents (NVT,Doti,vaccine) they have plausible excuses to cut ties other than the statement he gave.
