Which is weird considering there's livers like Ban Hada (NijiKR) and Hana Macchia (NijiID) as a more famous examples who speak mostly EN over their branch's main language. I have no idea as to why NijiEN management is being like this considering the potential for Russian and Spanish viewers is there. If the Japanese branch spent as much time speaking English as ID does (or even if one of them did) they would get similar complaints. People complained about Kiara speaking too much Japanese at the start.
Counterpoint: conversational English may be more common in Indonesia than conversational Japanese among EN viewers and vice versa. When Ollie ranted about it on stream one of her points was "why would you [spammers] advertise not being able to speak English".
