I agree. The picture was just pornography, and I'm pretty sure he could have faced legal issues if the kid's parents wanted to sue. People thinks that "freedom of speech" will protect shad here, but you can make any case in civil court, and I KNOW a case like this would be a slam dunk. It's part of the reason why I'm confused Keem didn't do anything about it when it came to his daughter. Like, I'm no lawyer, but in court I think it would be simple.

The law on artistic depictions of children is that it can't be drawn to be photo realistic in explicit positions and detail, I'd wager shad's art isn't photo realistic, but is detailed enough and has publicly stated it's Keem's kid.
