That's one of the issues I have with people who use freedom of speech as a way to excuse the objectively reprehensible shit Shad has done.

One issue with the Loli arguments against and for, as the internet is international we see a lot of overlap when it comes to what you (due to what your country of origin says is under the age of consent) even for Americans you guys have like state to state differences ranges from eighteen right down to sixteen.

I swear earlier in the thread someone brought up the Switzerland law regarding child porn. Its much more tight compared to the US version and drawing minors is criminal, in Switzerland. For the millionth time, there is no prefecture (state) in Japan where the AOC is 13. The federal law says that prefectures cannot set it below 13. Currently I believe the lowest in Japan is either 16/17, but even in those cases I'm pretty sure there's still federal laws that do not view an 18 year old fucking a 16 year old in the same way they would a 35 year old fucking a 16 year old.

However you do have a handful of countries where there is to AOC, but those are shithole third world countries. I think there's an (of course) Middle Eastern country that says the AOC or marriage for girls is like 10 but for boys it's 15.
