Oh, the prison will surely help. He is long gone. I enjoy my drinks with my friends. It is like our soccer/footaball team won. It will be an interesting few weeks

I'll tell you how it sounds. It sounds god damn hilarious. Impotent rage knows no borders and cares not what language we speak. It's a universal language all its own and it speaks to all of us.Rainer screaming at visitors in front of the Drachenschanze like a madman. I wonder how it sounds for people who don't understand german.
Well shit. Now I just feel like an asshole>nicely request to keep the English chatter down to a minimum out of respect for the Germans
>Germans summarily disrespected as English prevails once again
>the Germans are now mad
I hope you're drinking beer to celebrate that your liver was spared a terrible end.For now though i will celebrate my liver being saved
You're welcome. Also, I join my fellow English-speaking kiwis in thanking our German friends for generously accommodating and welcoming us to enjoy this lolcow with them. Semper fi, lads.
naahh its fineWell shit. Now I just feel like an asshole![]()

You arent very smert, right? thats not how this works, cant just skip to a higher court...That was the reason they said publically, but I would not be surprised if the local court did it to wash their hands off the matter and the prosecution might actually want to speed things up a little and do this sneaky little thing so Rainer can't appeal and a revision is a total waste of time.
Calm down, I'm not very familiar with court proceedings, yeah. The website I linked to mentions that an appeal is not possible when the first instance doing the trial was a Landsgericht. The trial was held at a Landsgericht if I am not mistaken, so I was wondering if that counts. You arent very smert, right? thats not how this works, cant just skip to a higher court...
The actual trial was held by the Amtsgericht (the lowest tier), they only used the physical building of the Landgericht to accomodate the expected number of visitors.Calm down, I'm not very familiar with court proceedings, yeah. Thanks for that clarification, I wasn't sure if they merely used the building or if it was directly put under supervision of the Landsgericht. The actual trial was held by the Amtsgericht (the lowest tier), they only used the physical building of the Landgericht to accomodate the expected number of visitors.
To clarify : Insulting people publicly (or disseminating insults through a public medium) is punishable under German law.
This is your country on "no stand your ground laws" mode, plus your only line of defense being the keystone kops. The fuck is wrong with the rest of the world? Not only can you not defend yourself against an army of weens coming to your house to fuck with you but you can't even call the cops faggots for failing to deal with them?
Tbh I'm glad Dragonlord doesn't own a real gun. He would have probably shot innocent people by now too. He likes to shout at random neighbors driving by his property with a bicycle too because he is fucking paranoid. The fuck is wrong with the rest of the world? Not only can you not defend yourself against an army of weens coming to your house to fuck with you but you can't even call the cops faggots for failing to deal with them?
It's rural Bavaria, the police station in question has like 6 guys (phone operator included) working or something. And Rainer called them day in and day out several times an hour over completely idiotic shit like people merely standing in front of his lawn. Anything short of cops being stationed right outside his gate, shooting anyone approaching his property without carrying a pile of junkfood on sight was deemed insufficient by the Lard. No response time was ever quick enough, no emergency somewhere else demanding police presence was deemed significant enough to warrant not sending cops in full riot gear to beat up people for taking selfies in front of his decrepit home. Not only can you not defend yourself against an army of weens coming to your house to fuck with you but you can't even call the cops faggots for failing to deal with them?
German laws regarding self defense are pretty much equal to "stand your ground" self defense laws, just saying. This is your country on "no stand your ground laws" mode
