Ummm has this "incident" been talked about here yet lol
Imagine coming here, as a new member, and seeing that we are on page 3216 of a thread discussing Russell Greer. Imagine being said new member, and actually considering for a moment that in those 3216 pages we had missed something so simple and basic as a wildly outlandish passage from his heavily discussed book. Imagine.

I know he loves to say how he's moved on every time he memoryholes a failure. But unlike the bigot AG, we have an ever growing thread on him. I doubt he'd be able to bring himself to give up and move on knowing we're still talking about him, constantly.
Though now he's tried and failed bashing us with copyright infringement I don't know how he'll try next to stop the mentally ill orchards trolls saying mean things about him.
I love how he thinks "moving on" means no one is allowed to hold his past actions against him if he doesn't think what he did is important. Again, as has been said, he doesn't understand he can't dictate how people feel. Skordas even brings this up in his latest filing that Russ was astonished that the court could think his argument wasn't persuasive. Russ thinks it was correct, therefore everyone else thinks it has to be as well. He doesn't think he was harassing Erika, so he was surprised when she filed a report against him.

He has no idea what moving on means. Part of moving on means taking real accountability and changing your behavior.

It also usually refers to the victim of a tragedy. Like someone who was assaulted. They move on from the incident so it doesn't dominate their lives. Russ is trying to tell people they can't be upset over the things he's done to them if he thinks it's time to get over it. It's classic abuser behavior: "I haven't hit you in a month! You can't still be mad about that!"

Meanwhile, this cocksucking piece of shit Russhole gets to be mad about every tiny thing that happens to him, forever.

Kill yourself, Russhole.

Well, we all know Russ always feels he is the victim. But when someone wants to move on from misdeeds and mistakes, they have to actually deal with them.

Fucking hell. Even when he's got a decent point he comes across as a whiner.

If the response was filed late, you can argue that it should be struck. However the court should deny his motion to alter judgement and reopen the case regardless of whether or not it's opposed.

He is furious when an Instagram model has a husband/boyfriend, because that means they didn't give Russ a chance. So he insults them by saying things that because he thinks, like you said he looks younger.
Even by Russ standards, that's such a strange read of that photo. It'd make more sense for him to go the "He might be handsome on the outside but it's what's inside that counts!" route. It's just incomprehensible that Russell sees a photo of a strapping, square-jawed 25-year-old and thinks, "Yeah, I'm younger and more virile than he is."
She told from the very start she just wanted to be friends, and the first fucking thing he does is go on Facebook and post he's in a relationship with a model. When she got with her bf, he acted like she was cheating on him, and she had to reiterate firmly they were friends, nothing more so he had no business being jealous. Naturally, Russ being Russ, he jumped right over her established boundaries and started trashing her chad bf who was actually named Chad. He got involved and told him to knock it off, but it backfired and Russ escalated. Erika told him to leave her alone, and he did not. After she blocked him, he used alts to harass her. He stopped for about a month after she threatened to get the police involved, then bothered her again to see if she changed her mind.

That's when she filed a police report (as I understand the timeline of events). I'm actually shocked Orem PD took it seriously, and I suspect this is where Skordas got involved. He probably gave them enough evidence to show that Russ would escalate further if not stopped. I suspect his lovely screed about why hookers should be legal was linked to show his rather low opinion of women. That's probably where he got the idea that he was only prosecuted because he's pro-decriminalization. I know his Taylor Swift book got mentioned too, so he might as well say he got prosecuted because he's a songwriter. Taken together, they show that A) he hates women, especially women who tell him no and B) he's extremely delusional and seriously expects the world to conform to his wishes simply because he said so.
Russ has a weaker sense of boundaries than Chris Chan.
“Your honor, I move to strike the this filing from the record on the grounds that it made me feel mad and sad.”

Imagine being the judge and having this drooling exceptional individual treat YOU like you're the exceptional one who doesn't understand the law or supreme court precedent as if this is some obvious, slam dunk case.
In fact, it seems like to me he's asking the judge to ignore precedent because we really hurt his feelings so he should get an exception.

If you're late on the Russell train, you really should read the Erica saga. She sent someone the entire text message log. It's mindblowing. Erica was just a genuinely sweet, friendly Mormon girl who made the mistake of taking pity on Russ. What trolls me the most is that during the police proceedings Russ tried to paint her as a "mentally troubled" girl. In reality, after Russ pathetically spewed all his TMI word vomit on her, she tried to make him feel better by telling him that she understands and that she's dealt with feeling low before too. It's so twisted, but has a satisfying conclusion at least.

Yeah, the Erica saga had it all. I can't remember exactly how she showed up. IIRC he had vagueposted about a girl he was chatting with or something and it escalated to a conviction in what seemed like record time. We got lucky that she was so willing to be as open as she was about it. Now we have concrete, both sides of the coin interaction with his batshittery. If you're a newfag then the Erica saga is a good microcosm of his crazy. It's a good place to start, but there's so much more to Rusty.

Russ even had a chance to meet Erika in person but he fucked it up being a horny little creep.

She offered to meet up and have lunch with him, but she wanted to bring a friend along. And it was strictly a friends thing.

Russ, having flashbacks of a crippled black kid cockblocking him from banging Katy Perry, was not going to have ANY of that.
