Sadly this can go both ways, either the obscure ship only has a few fans but they're all normal talented people, or they're degenerates. The latter is even worse than a popular ship TBH because it's not like you have any alternative to the SJW art, it's all you get. I used to ship this really obscure pairing and like the only two people who'd regularly make content for it were autistic with drawing skills equivalent to CWC's
