The only thing you need to do to get a weapon into CA is pay the bribe to their state government to have it individually inspected and declared compliant. I stand towards the person who handed Baldwin the gun. Now unless Baldwin loaded up the gun himself, he should have been told that those were blanks. The point is that before using a fire-arm, wither as a prop for a movie, or shooting at the firing range, you should always check, double check and triple check your weapon before use. When I was in the army, one of my battle buddies forgot to empty out their rounds from the chamber. So when we were back at the barracks the next day, the round went off when the trigger was pulled. Luckily we had used blanks and so the bullet was just a blank and not a real bullet. Our Drill Sergeants had to remind everyone that we must check our guns before we leave the firing range. Even if we already checked, we must always recheck.

A lot of gun accidents happens because some one never checks if the gun was loaded before use. But guns should never be used like a toy gun at all.

With many years of legal problems on my part this is, BY FAR, the worst lawyer that I have ever had. I feel that I would have been better served by a Public Defender. The lack of communication, the lack of advice, the lack of visits in jail (he usually sent another lawyer from his office that knew nothing about my case) and the only time he contacted us was when he wanted more money, even more than he originally agreed to. I felt that I was thrown under the bus by a lawyer that just wanted a quick plea deal rather than trying to beat some of my charges. Now I have TWO FULL YEARS to regret my choice. He never took depositions, he never went over the prosecutor's discovery with me, in fact, he didn't do much of anything except for negotiating a plea deal and even at that, how do you negotiate a plea deal without depositions to see what kind of evidence you are up against. This guy was a total waste of time and money and I at least hope that this review will keep some other INNOCENT client from spending two years of their life in jail due to inadequate representation. Sarasota has a lot of lawyers to choose from, give it a lot of thought as you life is in their hands.

This is the case with most hunters. Dumbasses like that asshole and PETA like to forget that the first animal conservationists were hunters. Avid hunters like Theodore Roosevelt are the reason we have animal sanctuaries and the like. My family are hunters. My dad would always tell us to make sure the kill was quick and clean so the animal didn't suffer. We also ate what we killed and would donate the fur and leather to be made into something useful. The only difference between hunting and going to the super market to get meat is that you pay someone else to butcher the animal for you. I doubt rich and privileged faggots from LA would understand that.
