If the 303/305 place gets advertised in a couple weeks, you're probably speaking the truth.
And poor Mick, sounds like it sucked ass. No wonder he's the "see the good in everyone" sort of guy.
I never knew that about Stamper. I figured his fucked up childhood was more the usual poverty stricken family abusive dad/mom/parent sort of deal. Is there an archive of that community post anywhere?
I'm curious to see confirmation too. All I have is speculation but everything feels like it's adding up. And yeah, poor Mick has had too much shit to deal with his whole damn life.
Stamper's dad - the man he's named after - used to abuse him: negligence and physical. Stamper's mentioned that his father would get drunk on the couch while Stamper was forced to cook the man food on threat of violence if Stamper didn't, when Stamper was old enough to work the stove. And another story of when he was about 6-7 that his father would send him out to the yard to fetch the rod that his father would then use to beat him.
But the Sean one is this one; scroll down to EB's post/comment:
Edit: damn it, tried to find the other ones about Stamper's dad but I can't remember which one the 'rod' story came under and the cooking one was under "Who would you poison if you could get away with it?" and I'm pretty sure YouTube pulled that one down *shrug*
