I think the problem with some incels may legitimately be that they're coping for latent homosexuality--they're so repressed that rather than admit they want to fuck dudes they'd rather more conveniently blame their lack of sex on women. But I'm no expert, just my two cents.

I'll heavily disagree with that notion. The reason many men are going with lack of sex is all due to the government getting involved in marriage and relationships. Incels will always exist as a large amount of women will gravitate towards the fittest men and even men in relationships getting sex have a decent amount of women cheating. (The same also happens in reverse where top men often cheat more than lower men who have hard times with relationships.)

The other issue is getting sex isn't hard. I've been basically offered sex my entire life, due to good genetics an luck I guess. The problem comes in when you want a fulfilling relationship, whether it's realistic or not people want stability which the government has deprived men, and women have been fine with destroying.

Well the other reason men aren't too picky is because throughout most of history most men had a hard time getting sex or a woman. Still true to this day. So they kind of often can't have as extreme standards, where every girl will get sex, so the guys kind of have to drop some standards on avereage, and the more beautiful a woman is often the more standards you're going to have to hold yourself too. Well they're partially right, and partially wrong.

Women can sense insincere people. So you should be true to yourself, however, when it comes to negative traits (Being lazy, immature, fat, etc.) Those are things you should improve on. The problem with that suggestion at face value is it suggests that if you're fat and lazy and like let's say soundtracks, you should just be yourself.

The major issue is these things don't make a distinction between being true to your characteristics and true to your traits. Negative traits should be improved upon, "negative characteristics" should be abided by and not changed.


Edit: to make it easier, you can like anime, games, be a sperg who rants or is not so orthodox characteristic and personality wise. However, you should always be willing to improve from say "being a cartoon fanatic who is fat." To being a "cartoon fanatic who takes care of himself."
