Sean Tharpe doesn't appear to have ever been convicted of the crimes he was arrested for. He isn't listed as a sex offender anywhere, nor can I find any court records. He was initially arrested in Jan. 2020, you'd think they would have taken care of his case by now. I am not defending this guy, just doing the due diligence.

Phil really needs to have some magical future silver bullet to revive his streams when they're faltering, and since he will absolutely never put effort into improving it's ALWAYS a game. This time its the GTA trilogy, a remaster of a game with extremely dated mechanics that nobody seems too hyped about despite his totally reliable news source of Twitter. This is why he cannot stand snowkarl needling him about it, because it is literally the only thing keeping him from panicking about declining viewership and support. Phil is projecting this "chicken little" shit on snowkarl because Phil's psyche is about 3 inches deep, and he is the exemplar of chicken-little syndrome, as he panics about everything and constantly shoots himself in the foot over anxiety and the inability to be patient and control his emotions long enough to see if a problem will resolve itself. Just watch him thrash around on Twitter when his payments are literally hours late. Having all of his repressed anxiety waved in his face by snowkarl drives him nuts, and snowkarl is a genius troll for finding that nerve and grating it.
Also, I know we always say Phil will never ban snowkarl, but he is such an insecure dude with such a big ego, that he will constantly self-sabotage in order to reassert control of his streams. He has insane pathologies about losing control of his streams, it seems every week we get a rant when people ask for him to change things, or enjoy themselves too much in chat, ala "This is MY stream, okay? So I don't wanna hear it. I'm so sick of 'WAAAH Snowkarl, snowkarl, where's snowkarl.' I'm tired of it, and if I see I'm just gonna BAN. Alright? Sound good? ...Jeez. TUHUH". So I could definitely see Phil risking a revolt to reassert his control by banning snowkarl permanently, and let's be honest, people would whine for a few days and then like always, they'd fall in line and the pignosis would prevail.

Phil was never in Italy, and has never tried actual "authentic" Italian food.
He is a fat Polish Italian man that only clings to the Italian part because he believes it makes him cool, special and unique. He is or was also into shows like the Sopranos, and when younger wanted to make people (Leanna) believe or think he could have possible mob ties. Also when I say younger I mean adult, he was around 30.

I'm no lawyer but even with the courts being backed up, over a year with no formal charges filed or any paperwork beyond the initial arrest (and presumably processing/booking) seems like a stretch.
Maybe he's homeless because he blew everything he had on a very good lawyer or something idk. Alternatively, he could be innocent of the charges he was arrested for and the case was never persued .Or perhaps the evidence was weak and unlikely to pass legal muster. We have no real way to know without court filings.
