There was an inmate who made the news for suing literally everything he could, asking for damages from Pluto (the Planet), the EU, Barack Obama, Queen Elizabeth and the entire Universe among others. He pissed off the courts so much they had enough of his shit and slapped him with a ban on filing, I bet this will happen with this retard soon!

The best response from the Defrdants (who have way more high priced lawyers than Josh) will simply be to file that upon examing the AGT applicant Russel Greer they discovered his history of celebrity stalking, including multiple lawsuits against Taylor Swift, Arianna Grande and other female entertainers. That the companies legal dept determined that Mr. Greer posed a clear risk of harrasement to female performers and employees given his long trail of legal and creepy criminal history.

The really sad thing is this probably isn't a shakedown on Russ's part. What will happen if they offer him $2500 to never darken their doorstep or contact any business or employee associated with them ever again? $2500 to bind Russ into a settlement contract to begone forever seems a bargain. What would Russ's reaction be? I mean he could even afford a doctor visit or two?

I couldn't see Russhole taking a settlement as it'd involve an NDA. It's impossible for Russhole to not talk about his plights, and even Russhole probably isn't dumb enough to agree to a full and final settlement only to try suing over the same thing again. He might be exceptional, but he's not @TamarYaelBatYah exceptional.

Yeah and one of those suits was even related to a disability; namely, that they had blocked a wheelchair ramp leading to some woman falling and dying. Now, maybe it was bs case idk, but the fact that they didn't just immediately settle that one and put it away doesn't bode well for Russ in getting an easy payout.

It would have to be since he didn't appeal but instead filed a motion to reconsider. It's basically telling the judge "you know this is screwed up, let's deal with this now instead of wasting everyone's time." Useful if the clerk wrote the wrong names for defendant versus plaintiff or something that is obviously incorrect. Didn't have a chance of hell when Russ just wanted to argue the case again.

Poor russ is having a bad day. I wish it were made worse by costs being levied against him.

This was the last lawsuit. This was the Judge denying his motion to reconsider. Hard. Although the idiot Judge still winds him up and fires him straight at the appeals court.

It's very clearly a fucking scam. They even use stock photos next to testimonials like Russ does on his site.
