The truly absurd thing is he proves the defendants case in his own filings. He says they do put on "sob story" performers and give exposure to the disabled. He also seems to show that not everyone gets a second look. and they say up front they wont contact you if you don't make it past the first Zoom audition. The ADA doesn't guarantee him Russ the individual success.

actually they can't ban anyone from litigation- however they could place restrictions on him. (proving it's not frivolous before being allowed to file) but have yet to do so.
