The truly absurd thing is he proves the defendants case in his own filings. He says they do put on "sob story" performers and give exposure to the disabled. He also seems to show that not everyone gets a second look. and they say up front they wont contact you if you don't make it past the first Zoom audition. The ADA doesn't guarantee him Russ the individual success.

He thinks the ADA means he gets to scream verbal abuse at a poor sex worker and accuse her of having AIDS (which would end her career) and he can't be held accountable for it because he was anxious when he said that and anxiety is a disability and disabilities are protected under the ADA so they can't punish him for that. He has a very warped view of what it does.

No he's not. He filed in Nevada. Skordas is in Utah. NBC has its own lawyers, or they can hire someone local to Vegas. Media corporations get sued all the time, so they have lists of people to call up. I mean, I suppose it's possible that Skordas is cross-licensed in Nevada, but I'd think NBC would want someone local to the area for convenience's sake.

And his suits are always hilarious in how whiny they are; it seems like 85% of why he files these things to begin with is just so that someone is forced to read his self indulgent monologues about how hard his life is. I may not be a lawyer, but I don't think legal filings are supposed to contain sections about your lifelong pursuit of purpose and belonging and how everyone in school hated you because you're an awful person and nobody wants to look at your face.

Although one thing I'll agree with Russ on is that he's definitely "inspiring" people, specifically to treat the disabled like vampires and avoid inviting them in at all, because if you do they won't leave without trying to legally bleed you dry.

That's him. And he appears to stick to Utah for his practice. I'm sure NBC already has one of their attack lawyer law firms going over this...thing and planning how to hammer him flat. Many big companies like Coke, Google, Microsoft, etc. will spend millions to fight even frivolous suits like this one so they don't develop a reputation for settling frivolous suits and get sued by losers looking for an easy payoff.
