Federal licenses are District by District (and Circuit by Circuit). So Skordas's District of Utah and Tenth Circuit licenses don't grant the right to practice in the District of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit.

HOWEVER! Once you get admitted in one District or Circuit, it is relatively simple to get a pro hac vice (for one case) admission to another one.

That's why I hate the judge saying he might have a case for copyright and is free to appeal. Freemantle showed pragmatism and compassion by choosing to avoid subjecting Greer to extreme ridicule via court of public opinion on a nationally televised platform (which--let's face it--he'd go ahead and sue either fucking way by alleging AGT set him up purposefully for said ridicule).

I'm baffled though that he "conveniently" forgets that AGT does feature disabled people (when they're, you know, GOOD). Greasy gourd isn't just out of gas, he never had the empty gas can to carry it in.

You're misunderstanding what we mean by "Good Faith". Russel is in every way possible a Bad Actor. But he did have an actual copyright question somewhere in his masses of shit. There was one almost legit question in there. Which is probably enough to prevent him getting slapped with fees. Remember this Judge called us "Vile".
