Well, yes. In some circumstances it most certainly is.

Russel should troon out. Then it will be a hatecrime if some lesbian woman refuses to suck the girldick.
Suck her her shenis.

I wonder how he would react to a troon (or just a creepy and gross actual woman) pestering him for sex.

Is this nigga serious?!

The "modification" to the audition process that he wants is to get a spot on the 2022 season without having to pass auditions? How the fuck is that a disability accommodation? I've never watched AGT but aren't the auditions essentially the first round of competition, seeing as a lot of people get weeded out? The only thing AGT owes Russ is the same thing everyone else gets, a chance to audition. Is he really trying to tell a court of law that a verbal "good job" from the Zoom audition guy constitutes a binding promise to let Russ on the show and make him famous? His legal argument is that if he is disabled, and he really really wants something, and he puts in any amount of effort to get it, then denying it to him is illegal huh? :story:

I also love how he doesn't even allow the possibility that his music is bad. He just states that he's "talented" and the judge has to take his word for it. Freemantle's motive is disability discrimination because Russ says it is. I can't wait til the defense raises the obvious point of, maybe the audition itself went poorly, because I already know what Russ' answer will be: THE ZOOM GUY SAID GOOD JOB!!! IT WAS BASICALLY PROMISED!!!

No he's not. He filed in Nevada. Skordas is in Utah. NBC has its own lawyers, or they can hire someone local to Vegas. Media corporations get sued all the time, so they have lists of people to call up. I mean, I suppose it's possible that Skordas is cross-licensed in Nevada, but I'd think NBC would want someone local to the area for convenience's sake.
Well, thank you. Thank you VERY FUCKING MUCH.

I was just trying to get through the night buddy, y'know? Anything to help me sleep at night. But now you've pissed all over my chips, and while I'm grateful for the truth...well. I'm awake now. FOREVER.

I hope you're happy. :cryblood:

Is Skordas licensed to practice in NV? Imagine the frothing, gimpy-faced rage that would arise from that entry of counsel.
He is licensed to the Federal Bar, and Russ filed in the 9th Circuit under the ADA which is Federal Law. I'm not sure there is anything Nevada specific about this? But I'm sure AGT has their own team of top notch leg breaking Hollywood Lawyers to deal with fools like this. Granted Skordas does come with the Arianna Grande stamp of approval. "Found effective against 99.9999% of Russel Greer's" .( Just not that poor Novelist on Amazon who gets abused for having the same name)

What the fuck is this golfer comparison? He found a past case where a golfer with a bad leg was allowed to ride in a golf cart instead of walking during tournament play. How the fuck is that anything like this? The golfer didn't shank every ball into the lake and then complain that he was disabled and he tried and should win the tournament. He asked for a reasonable accommodation and got it. Russ talks about needing an accommodation in the form of a back-up band, which AGT allows and which Russ paid for and provided for himself so... I'm not even sure why he keeps bringing that up. But in paragraph 100 Russ tries to compare himself to the golfer not in relation to disability accommodation, but that Russ' emotional pain (i.e. narc injury) would be greater than that of a non-disabled contestant because having a disability has made him emotionally sensitive to rejection. So pass me through auditions. The reasonable solution offered by AGT, that he can try out again next year, is not good enough. His feelings are so hurt that it simply has to be illegal.

Also holy shit, what a horrible malapropism to take that quote that was originally about the golfer's physical pain and make it about himself: "the pain Greer suffers from coping with his disability is 'undeniably greater than the fatigue his able-bodied competitors endure from walking the course'", what fucking course Russ, the AGT Zoom course? He just was reading that golfer case and came across the phrase, his pain was greater than etc., and his narc brain went "no MY pain is greater than anyone's ever" and he inserted himself in there like a psychopath.

I do love the image of Greer practicing piano at a first floor window and just having random passers-by yell abuse at him, presumably because he really sucks. His victim fantasies are always so funny.

In addition to other replies on this: no, he is not. However, he could still appear pro hac vice if local counsel were to vouch for him. While it's possible that this could be done, it seems very unlikely since such a large corporation will have a squad of rabid attack lawyers ready to pounce on dimwits without contracting out to someone who is probably LESS specialized than they are... except in the subject matter of fucking Russ Greer.

If he somehow were to end up involved it would have to be a deliberate, unmistakeable "fuck you" to Greer from the company. The good news is that they could afford it- the bad news is that they probably don't care enough because they have better things to do.

Yeah and the entire decision about that golfer centered around whether walking was some intrinsic part of the sport. Par for the course for Russ, though- he's like a freshman college student trying to cite sources in a paper hoping the professor won't actually look them up. He's always just a few degrees away from sovereign citizen territory in that he hears legal stuff and then regurgitates it without understanding it at all.

I just love how in Russell's mind the possibility that's he's just not that special or talented literally doesn't exist. It has to be discrimination, or bias, or hate, or trolls, or bribery, or anything else. There's no way it could possibly be that he's just not good. It isn't even an option to him. He knows with 100% certainty that he is special and talented and amazing, if only those fucking clueless idiots would just let him explain!

Now to watch Russell be defeated by his real arch-nemesis. Not Greg Skordas, Greg Skordas is just a lackey for the true villain in Russell's life: failure to state a claim.

Narcissism, plain and simple. Chris Chan is exactly like that, another retard with delusions of grandeur and a hostile approach towards women!

In fact, plenty of lolcows display the same behaviour, acting like they are the cream of the crop no matter how deep in the gutter they are, sometimes coping as hard as possible, MovieBlob, Dobson are great examples of this too!

In celebration of this bounty, here is a heartwarming disabled contestant on AGT who actually has talent.

There's the difference y'see. That lad has got talent, oozing from every pore...to the point where his physical or mental abilities don't come into the equation.

Then you've got rusty. Observe. Doesn't even compare, or compute.
