Can anyone tell me if all of the videos and audio files from the past were uploaded or kept anywhere besides that moemix or whatever the fuck website it was? I'm going through the entire history now (I'm fairly new to the Greer shit) and am kicking myself for never getting a chance to see any of it previously.

In short, in 2013 the Tennessee Valley Authority was sued for enforcing a ban on costumes at a board meeting in Knoxville after people dressed like zombies protested restarting construction of a nuclear plant they described as a "corpse." In other words, TVA members showed up in zombie costumes to protest, the higher-ups put a "No-Costume" ban to prevent this from happening so the Zombie member's sued the TVA. The TVA tried to dismiss the case and Judge Campbell said that the case could not be dismissed as it may violate their first amendment right.

I had to do more digging, but it appears the lawsuit was dropped after the TVA removed the policy after their request for dismissal was rejected by Campbell (A).

Just a pretty based side-story for context on who Greer is torturing with his bullshit.

Also, she presided over a case against an alleged Tongan Crips gang member who, while a cooperating witness was testifying against him, rushed the witness stand with a pen and was shot dead by a US Marshal. This ratmouth pipsqueak is far from the weirdest thing she's seen in her career.

AGT have had many disabled artists. One of which was a deaf singer, she somehow found a band to play backup music no problem.
If Russell was even a tenth of the legal eagle he pretends to be he would know the terms and conditions he agreed to when he signed up to audition completely protect AGT from vexatious litigants trying their luck for emotional damages when they are told "no".

I’m no legal beagle, but I’m reasonably aware of ADA.

The deal with ADA is that you have to be allowed reasonable accommodations to perform a job to the same standards.

So Russell, essentially, is arguing that he needs a band. So he hired a band. He created his own accommodations. Whatever. Fine. He was allowed that and then declined. So that doesn’t automatically mean that his accommodations weren’t allowed. It’s really the opposite. He was never denied accommodations. He got exactly what every other contestant gets: consideration.

If anything, he had a better chance suing based on AGT not paying for the band or just reviewing the music as written. He could then say that it’s unfair that his talent (music writing) is having to be demonstrated because of his disability.

But bc HE HIRED his own band to make AGT more able to judge his talent, he’s not really able to prove that he wasn’t considered due to disability. Like, lots of folks don’t get to round two. Lots. Most aren’t disabled.
