Even though as comes up every time this issue comes up, this is very unlikely to happen in JAIL, which is where he is almost certainly going if he goes anywhere. The town drunk and some guy who smacked his wife and a shoplifter are not going to rape some guy and turn a 6 week stint into life in prison.

That kind of shit happens mainly in prisons full of lifers and other people with nothing to lose, especially to pasty girly looking white guys there on mandatory minimums for dumb drug offenses, who shouldn't even be there mixed in with the real scum.

Even if he gets federal time he isn't Pablo Escobar. He's not going to maximum security.

In truth Baked will probably keep his head to the ground, and go about his sentence as quietly as possible, and if asked, he'll just say "I got in a fight with a bouncer while drunk" and try and stay away from everyone. Baked isn't stupid, he just loves money too much to be safe. He can be socially skilled when he wants to be, and seeing as he can't make any money from content in prison, he'll play it safe and not fuck around. He'll give up his pudding if asked, he'll hang around and chat with people, and the worst thing to come out of it will be that he is now unemployable, something he already had due to his escapades.

TL;DR stop fantasizing about interacial gay rape, you fags.

I do see him getting extorted and that’s if he keeps his head down and does his time. If he runs his mouth like he’s prone to do, he might get a busted lip on top of it… which he’ll snitch on the other guy for… which will catch him a proper ass kicking for being a snitch.

I want to see the prosecution make that case that Baked needs to be used to set an example that AZ will not tolerate live streamers shitting on the general public for profits. Baked has made 10s of thousands, if not more, off of what he did and has been incentivized by financial gain to not take the 2 day plea deal because he's raking in money for his "criminal defense" where any excess is going into his own pocket. I think if they wanted to set a tone for the state's tolerance, either Baked gets two years of parole where he's not allowed on social media OR he gets that max sentence possible.

Honestly, there has never been any real evidence that he worked (in any capacity; ie. informant) for any law enforcement agency. I know it's not popular to state that, but it's true and I'd be just as happy as anyone to be wrong about this. The same can be said for whether or not he has every willfully cooperated with any law enforcement agency. No proof, but lots of speculation.

In my opinion, as someone who has followed Baked's antics for a very long time, I would honestly rule out working with law enforcement. His body of work as a human is not anything a handler would be comfortable with. Plus I have no idea what information Baked has that would be of any value. Nor does he run in any real "extremist" circles. America First doesn't count.

As for any real cooperation, I doubt that as well. What does he have to offer? He is infiltrating AF? He has evidence of Nick Fuentes and the Groypers planning a terrorist attack?

I would put my money on him running his big mouth and unwittingly giving up any useful information. Did you listen to him on the stand testify in his own defense? The guy doesn't know when to shut up and no agent is going to get the impression that they are dealing with a serious person that can help them.

Sure, we could go back and forth all day arguing he is or he isn't, but neither of us, generally speaking, have any actual evidence to back up our claims. If you are going to make the claim in the affirmative, it's on you to prove it.

Otherwise, it's a funny meme and should be treated as such. I'm open to discussing it in a civil manner, but you had better be a rational person. Sorry if this is raining on anyone's parade.
