I wonder what causes the apparent difference between castrati appearance and what we have seen so far with people who were on puberty blockers? None of them really have that 'absolute unit' look except for Nicki Tutorials, and Nicki might have just been naturally tall anyway.
I assume stopping things at the hypothalamus affects your body differently than just lopping the gonads off, because castrati still had LH and FSH being produced and that got converted to estradiol somehow?
