I wouldn't think Barb could even write out a letter at her age, nor use a computer to type and print one out. It could be a ween trying to get Chris to go crazy, or else Barb's feeling the pangs of not having anybody around her for more than an hour or so.
From the letter, it sounds like he was "In Medical", then to "Booking". I wonder if being in Medical was where he was getting those further "tests" his lawyer wanted. If that's the case, then it sounds like they went through all the tests they were required to do then kicked him off into genpop. If that's the case, I'm believing Chris's tests came out like they always do: Autistic but not insane.
That likely means Heidelberg will lose the "Tranny rapist, but insane" defense. Mix that in with him getting friendly with the guards and not having any friends, means he probably spilled his guts even more, or at least gave the prosecution more ammunition.
I'm really curious how this will play out especially after the school tranny rapist thing. Loudon County is not far from Greene County and I imagine that's the talk of the area and when the court looks at Chris, the most immediate thing that will come to mind is trannies raping kids.
It seems like it's a step above his normal diet, but now, he doesn't have to prepare it or go get it. It sounds like he views prison as a mommy but with more brown people.

No, in medical, they were probably making sure he didn't have fake China surgery. My guess is once he's out, he's going to try and get the surgery so he can can sex offend again.

Nah I don't think CWC would like cutting off his duck. Many of the major Christory events were motivated by him being horny. I'm pretty sure he stopped taking HRT because he wanted to sustain a erection again.

And his lawyer sent him back to get tests done after his comical bond hearing. I'm wondering if Chris is referring to after that happened, he went to medical for the tests, rather than when he first got there for those few days.

Very, very interesting to read that he's heard from Barb. Given that she is a former secretary I think she could probably get a letter out in her more lucid moments--she got the Son-Chu home, after all--but that seems like a stretch for her. It could be a ween, but it seems like it would be hard to fake. Not sure which is more likely.
I'm very skeptical that Chris is in gen pop. He wouldn't survive that even in county. Much more likely he's been in solitary the whole time.

So as has been stated the only significant historical event I can think of was the Battle of Kosovo is 1389. I sometimes attend a Serbian Orthodox Church so that’s why I just immediately think of that. It’s a huge deal in Serbian Culture and if someone was born in Serbia it always evokes some kind of opinion. As amusing as it is to me to think this is a holdover from Chris dancing to a Serbian Nationalist tune part of me thinks he just picked a date or number at random and included 13 as the century because it’s a number he has an aversion to.
Then there’s the King Arthur thing again. The earliest recorded mention of him comes from a Welsh Priest or Monk from the 10th Century and attributes him to living in the 6th Century. There were no mentions of anything like Merlin or an Order of the Round Table in this account. He was simply a legendary warrior and general either of Celtic or Romano-British descent who fought off the Anglo-Saxons and even singlehandedly killed almost 1000 men in one battle. I move in a lot of History Circles and the theory I find most plausible is that Arthur is a collection of people from roughly the same time period. Given that the name Arthur seems to have Celtic Origins he was likely a Celtic Chieftain who gained prominence but was amalgamated with other local rulers and generals against the Anglo-Saxon conquest. Overtime different writers, especially the Normans liked this local flare against the previous elites and added their own flair to it. Eventually interest in Arthur declined but was revived as different English authors were looking for uniquely English Folk Heroes and continued adding their own embellishments.
So why King Arthur in particular? Why not some much older figure that is well documented like say Alexander the Great, Attila the Hun, Constantine the Great or Augustus Caesar? Well Sonic has already been suggested but I think it’s at least somewhat more complicated than that. Chris knows fuck all about history and culture but he has a soft spot for England. He’s undoubtedly seen references to Arthur and Merlin in popular media, then “Oh that’s English, I quite like that among which.” And then runs with it because it’s familiar to him on some level. Never mind that England had a different ruler in 1389. Like completely different. A kind of notorious King Richard II who was viewed as completely corrupt. Never mind that Arthur, if he did exist at all was from the 5th or 6th Century. Chris got an idea in his head and he’s running wild with it because at least on some level it’s familiar to him.
I also can’t help but think there’s an MLP connection because Canterlot sounds a lot like Camelot. I don’t even really know what Canterlot is because I don’t watch the show, but it could be a connection.

I'm guessing he keeps getting mental evals from medical, and they're just documenting his insanity.
Where ever Chris got his King Arthur lore it's probably somewhere stupid. I know in Harry Potter King Arthur and Merlin were the one's that made wizards go into secrecy. Either way, Chris doesn't know shit. At it's core, King Arthur was attributed to the Celtic-Briton-Romano Christians that fled west and would emerge from that area as the Wales/Welsh people, hence Arthur is a Welsh name, and everything after that is just kind of story telling that was coopted for English identity much like Saint George.
So that's why I'm inclined to believe Chris isn't using actual historical events and more of his dumb cartoons and movies.
