Have you ever read - 1. Population Bomb; 2. Famine 1975, 3. Limits to growth? I ask because these books, like the one you just posted, were written by some very smart and powerful people. They contained lots of dire predictions. Conspiracy theorists in the 80s and 90s ate it up and extrapolated, that obviously, the elites were not merely theorizing based on the information they had a hand (i.e. major famine in India, for example) but were telling the world of a plan for domination. Hindsight is 20/20, but both the smart guys and conspiracists were mostly wrong. Your little road map to white people concentration FEMA camps there? Same thing. Interesting to read but not a prediction or secret road map.
