Pretty much this. If Gunt had any dirt on Jim, you’d think he’s either hint at it or threaten him with it. I mean, the fat fucking pig threatened to release audio of a guy crying over the death of his child so threatening Jim with his personal info is basically nothing to him.

This is a fair point too; Jim could ruin Ralph with a well done stream or video, because I'm willing to bet even a good number of Ralph's remaining sycophants are Jim fans. But then again, who the fuck knows.

People chimp out if you talk about Jim at all. Any sort of negative comment or observation is twisted into something something else. In all seriousness though, I think those of us who are fans of Jim are clinging to who we thought Jim was and longing for the time when he was really really good at systematically dismantling a subject or argument. Some fans think he's gone soft, some fans are excusing his behavior because of various reasons, but regardless, there is a valid point here that he's not what he used to be.
