It depends why. If someone is on trial for murder and they find a video of someone else murdering the guy, it isn't going to be excluded. What isn't permitted is having evidence and springing it on the other side as a surprise when you were supposed to have produced it.

Something I missed from all the other videos. At about 1:49 in the lower right right as Kyle ices Pedobaum, there's a puff of debris from the car(?) in the foreground. Since we know that Kyle was 4 shots 4 hits, it looks like there was some overpenetration through Pedobaum.

I think the coroner claimed 5 wounds in Pedobaum's body. Does that only count entry wounds or would that also count exit wounds?
