Lead isn't as obvious as it is with Youngkin (in the sense that most seats haven't been decided yet), but I can definitely see it.
If Youngkin gets in, combined with a Republican Attorney General and House of Delegates, he should have everything he needs to unfuck some of the mistakes Northam made. But we'll see in due time...
