I'm pretty sure that if you presented Chris with any math problem beyond arithmetic he'd tell you "I'll think about it" and move swiftly on. He certainly wouldn't admit he can't solve it.

I agree with you; I mentioned a charismatic schizophrenic man and he was pleasant to talk to. His fantasies were the following:

While I'm not that familiar with schizophrenia, the charismatic schizophrenic's delusions seem more....benign and mundane compared to Chris' elaborate delusions of grandeur.

He's not that intelligent. I think on a low level he understands that he's bullshitting but he's so committed to the bullshit after so many years of living it that it's built into how he thinks and acts at a fundamental level. In The Magician's Nephew C.S. Lewis writes that if you repeat a lie long enough you begin to believe it. I tend to agree. Chris knows he's a liar, but he's been lying so frequently for so long that his memories are mixed in with his fabrications.

this was so difficult to read. not in like, any emotional sense, but in the 'absolute word scramble a la Terry Davis' sense.

There are some pretty tragic personal details in this, not that it matters, but it's hilarious that in the same breath that he's saying he is Cured of Autism Because He Is God, he's still oversharing about seeing Bob's dick and feeling abused at home. Also complaining abt null even though he was the only person to ever look after Chris in any meaningful matter.

People really need to just let Chris rot away already. Stop bothering him and let him craft his delusions of Godhood away from us. We can see him when he's in court on display.

- no house-stuffing hoard or animal waste everywhere
- no more or less daily fast food

He's only in jail and they generally don't have a church meeting as people are only held for short time. In VA, I could imagine the Christian inmates might get together for Sunday prayers, but since Chris hasn't mentioned a cellmate, I presume he's in protective custody (like sex offenders usually are) and the Christians in Gen Pop would not tolerate a mommy rapist saying he's the Second Coming.

Chris just probably sits in his cell and reads the Bible, commonly the only thing to read in jail besides a few news magazines like Time but I doubt articles about a fruit trade dispute between Austria and Slovakia would interest him.
