Granted, a first time EPO violation is only a Class One Misdemeanor only worth 60 days in jail, his time served would cover that, but if the sex was with Barb while she was in a mentally diminished state, that's multiple counts of rape or at the very least elder abuse/family abuse. Those are additional felonies and he intentionally covered up his crimes, it shows he knew he knew it was illegal, and regardless of his diminished mental he will be punished for his crimes.

This is a country sent a guy to the electric chair who would just sit in his cell all day playing with a toy train the warden gave him. The courts won't coddle him for serious crimes.

If just one more felony is attached and that can't get a misdemeanor plea for it (especially if it's multiple counts of elder abuse or rape, serious, heinous crimes), I can see the only leniency for him being the minimum sentencing for each count and maybe served congruently.

I might be cynical, but this reads to me like someone pretending to be nuts. Schizos I've been around are pleasant and want to appear normal most of the time. They don't actively want to be like this. Maybe it's his foolish defense strategy to try getting an insane plea to save himself.

I honestly can't tell. Normally I'd just write this off as that tired TV bullshit that no judge or jury will take seriously, but Chris has been slipping in that direction for a long ass time anyway.

If he's charged with rape it'll be put up there almost automatically. And if the prosecution is at all competent they're going to use his criminal record against him. This would only be his first felony thanks to the plea deal on the game place charges, and they can definitely spin that as reason to treat him harsher than if he were a first-time offender.

They'd be fools not to. The prosecution could point out that Michael Snyder's goodwill didn't teach him to change his ways - but, crucially, neither did the Therapeutic Docket. So, the argument goes, there's no point to treating him with kid gloves anymore so it's time to lock him up for a few years.

After years of the annoyingly bland trooning saga, now we have the even more bland forced af letters from prison saga. You can tell he is trying so hard to write these letters. It makes me realize that what was most fun to follow was his unscripted antics, because this pre-written stuff is just straight up a chore.

Like, the amount of difficulty he experiences in having to write his thoughts by hand instead of saying or typing them causes him to go so slowly that I feel like we are missing out on genuine Chris-isms as a result. He corrects himself mentally before his hand can write down the things he actually thinks/feels. He is writing a fanfic about his own fucking self.* Save for the handwritten spergout (which was the highlight for me, personally), the rest of this is just straight trash IMO. Sad times.

Chris seems to have been into New Age stuff for awhile now.

Of all the beliefs out there, New Age is pretty much the only one I know of that claims anyone can develop "psychic" powers, and that all are (one with) God. I think it also doesn't have much of a "moral code".

The fact that Chris keeps hatefully comparing Null to Judas proves not only that Chris is not Jesus, but that Chris does not understand Christ at all. Christ knew of Judas' betrayal and understood that it had to happen as part of His mission on Earth to redeem the souls of all mankind. Christ knew this and forgave Judas. If Chris was truly Jesus then he would forgive Null, and if Chris understood Christ at all he would forgive Null as part of his make-believe fantasy to keep up appearances.
