This isn't the chauvin trial. Remember everyone early on who saw the video of Derrick chauvin could see it was almost minutes of him kneeling on the guys neck and screaming help. Sure it would have helped if we saw the whole footage immediately. No amount of programming can really change the minds of what Americans were forced to see.

When it comes to Kyle rittenhouse they're hoping you don't look into the case yourself. They want you to assume a narrative that he's racist white supremacist milita guy.

I see the judge not playing into the political game and someone disgusted with the corporate media trying to make a media circus out of everything.

I mean in town militas are good at enforcing martial law or being deputized as backup for the law. But beyond that they're not good with due process that is a bullet/noose. We saw a failed lefty milita with Chaz with a more competent right wing one they still would face issues. The Soviet Unions police forces were the closest definition of "milita", doing police work. It's not a good idea for general law enforcement. but militas are a good deterrence against looters especially when they're armed.
The one thing kyle has going for him is that if he's left free there wont be riots because the guys he killed are as white or at least white-sounding as he is. The irony of these cucks obsessing over white privilege is that when they are on the receiving end nobody cares because they're still white.

With Chauvin they were looking at the possibility of more riots, but this time with biden in charge so now its bad. You can tell that if there was the most remote possibility of chauvin getting out then someone would make a call.

But in this case? there wont be riots, some small local protests at best.

I think antifa might get riled up and the DNC might try to scare us but it could easily backfire on them too.

I went with guilty on all charges. The Chauven trial opened my eyes to the fact we aren't living in the same world as Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown.
The Defense can use Emotions over Facts as an argument against the jury, it doesn't matter if you killed the most vile people in society who were actively trying to take your life.

Exactly, I don't feel like they have the motivation to start a large scale riot over a couple of white "allies" dying
It seems like black BLM rioters just don't give a shit if white people die and white BLM rioters can only survive off validation from black people

Reminder that town militias are better than the police and glowies in every way. They are seething because someone did their job better than them.
>all that shit under 'free market security'
Do lolberts actually believe this shit with every other megacorp out there putting their employees through CRT training?

They tend to be protected and held up by goobermints.

Anyways, the focus on the strap is interesting as the prosecution will argue Kyle was at no risk of his firearm being taken if he had it on.

Which the defense should counter, hopefully. A sling can be lifted from someone's shoulders even if it would be awkward. If it's some kind of QD sling, you can just press a button and undo it. Again, awkward, but still doable.

And even if the sling stays attached, a larger stronger person could still wrench it out of someone's hands. Manlet height aside, Pedobaum was still a 150 pounds fully grown man, and on a 5'3'' person that makes a pretty beefy dude. He could still pin the gun and beat a teenager to death.

They don't need to make any fancy arguments, really. Just keep pounding the fact that people were trying to kill or grievously injure Kyle.

Yeah, we have an issue with juries and judges not understanding you don't need a gun or a knife to kill someone. You can cause death or life long injuries from a single punch. But middle class people who have never been in a fight beyond schoolground scrapping don't understand that. So they view self-defence like Kyle did unwarranted. I mean, the fucking prosecutor was trying to argue that someone wasn't dangerous because they were using a skateboard. Hit someone with a 2' piece of hard wood and tell me that's not a weapon.

The hell? That was excluded in the pre-trial motions! As was any shit about Proud Boys! What the fuck?!?
Sorry, as I said earlier but to clear up any confusion, I accidentally clicked on an old pre-trial "live" stream billed as such. The judge was talking about camera problems at the start so I thought they'd simply switched camera angles.

TL;DR: Doofus ego sum.

For that fight with the girl, that wouldn't be brought up (but apparently it was? Must've missed it) since it's irrelevant.
Afaik he was protecting his little sister. The girl in the white pants grabs his sister (red pants on the right) by her throat and lifts her up.
He was defending his sister as he was defending Kenosha.
