I don't really blame him. 90% of twitch streamers and youtube streamers with any sizable following do the same because there's just too many to realistically read. It doesn't mean they don't appreciate it, it just gets to the point where it becomes impractical. Yeah, that explanation could suffice to a point. But interest in JF was not as intense or long-standing as interest in Ralph. And nobody perceived Jim was avoiding the JFQ based on some personal dynamic. Fact is, Jim went after people for doing the same things Ralph now does openly—flagging, doxxing, tattling, banning, grifting, losing his temper at criticism, etc. Ralph was at one point very popular with Jim’s audience, but he squandered all the goodwill he had. Jim’s audience now really, really dislikes Ralph. He’s not a redeemable character at this point. So I don’t think Jim can get away with sidestepping this topic. If he does, IMO it will not go over well with his audience.
