Thanks for the info, I did not know there was a name for it. It appears from his pictures (assuming he is not doing it as a 'sexy' pose constantly) that he also has lip incompetence, which means he probably mouth breathes (and thus probably has bad breath due to extra oral bacterial growth). I am surprised the orthodontist did not address that if he did have work done.
