I'm not pleased with the performance the defense has done in the court room. Dropping the hard R in his fucking opening statement is probably where I started suspecting this guy is a fucking moron considering the fact he just played the video of Rosenbaum saying "Shoot me Nigga" less than 10 seconds earlier and he still fucked the quotation up. If you're a criminal defense lawyer your primary fucking clientele is hood trash use the word nigga as a replacement for every noun and pronoun relating to describing an individual so there is no fucking excuse for Richards not to know the difference between what is acceptable and what is not. The only time you bring the hard R into court is when you're trying to poison the jury -- one that must contain a few black people to begin with -- over some racial bullshit like Francis Lee Bailey Jr did during the OJ trial. Why that was used in this courtroom is beyond me, the only person in this case that is black would be jump-kick man and he isn't present nor was there a racial motive in his interaction since Rittenhouse likely didn't even SEE what jump-kick man looked like.

I don't need Barnes or any other asshole to tell me what is going on, I can tell when I'm getting bored or cannot follow what the hell the lawyer is saying on my own and I've actually seen the evidence beforehand so I know the general gist of where the lawyer should be taking this case. This is two days of absolute scatter shot lawyering, nothing has flow or incentive for the jury to piece together with other evidence, its just random tidbits of information here and there that the jury will forget the moment they leave.

I'm voting guilty. I got rekt on the Chauvin verdict, to the point that I was actually quite disturbed for a few days after he was found guilty so quickly by like a 90% nigger-or-woman jury. I had studiously watched the trial every day; I thought that maybe on the balance of probabilities he would be guilty, but certainly not beyond a reasonable doubt. I was actually shocked that there wasn't at least one holdout who refused to go along with the rest of those monkeys as they convicted a cop for doing his job, however badly.

I'm going to try not to get invested, but I think this hits home for a lot of us. It's just a kid who was trying to do right by his community and they're trying to pin a life sentence on him.

When it comes to telling a story, Binger has showed footage that makes Kyle look like a kid behaving himself, trying to be helpful, putting out dumpster fires, and offering first aid; meanwhile the guro of Baldy and the skater is always shown to be in a melee of rioting morons out to attack Kyle. "We're out here to help people" is not gonna strike even women as the demeanor of a bloodthirsty vigilante.

The footage even refuted Binger's own claim that Kyle chased Rosenbaum.

Binger may be slick and clever, but that doesn't mean he has some kind of Konami Code that will cause the jury to abandon what they see with their own two eyes and ears, independently of his commentary.

I did get annoyed with the stream when he brought on more than one person and especially when all of them started screaming "OBJECT". I think I will risk the memeablilty of the trial and watch at least part of the raw tomorrow. Even though what they were saying made some sense to me the sperging did leave a bad taste in my mouth. Having said that, I don't know if I would've thought any differently of Richards having to go to Kyle to find his spot in the footage. That seemed really disorganized to me. Mr. Clean I thought did a much better job than Richards though tbf Mr. Clean did do cross on dummy who didn't want to be there and didn't use all his chad power saying nigger twice. That might be where the disparity came from.

Which is why this judge has been a Godsend. He said during that sidebar that because of the case's notoriety, he wants to avoid all appearances of railroading, and for the trial to be as fair as possible.

In fact, barring knock-out evidence from the pros, I think the judge genuinely wants to do everything he can to save Kyle's bacon without showing favoritism.

The Justice system has degraded so badly that when a Judge conducts court properly it comes across as showing favoritism. What a country we have... these lefty activist judges have corrupted these institutions likely beyond repair.

For certain the next guy won't show the incredible restraint of St. Kyle. If you're going to jail or the chair regardless you might as well take as many commies with you as humanly possible. There isn't anything except total fucking chaos behind the wide spread of political prosecution like this.

As I have said, allowing politics to enter into the law and justice system is the worst form of cancer the system could have. No amount is tolerable, as it completely undermines the entire notion of a neutral rule of law. If outcomes are not determined by an impartial weighing of evidence in the framework of settled law, but by the gross biases of a judiciary seeking conclusions first and rationale after, then all confidence is lost.

Why would men surrender themselves to the petty tyrannies of politically appointed and guided radicals intent on using disputes as political vendettas? They have not even the spectre of divine right, or hereditary nobility, or personal acclaim that had been cited by dictators and kings of the past. The only authority they have stems from the law, and when they discard the law to pursue their own ends, they forsake any legitimate claim to even the pettiest power. They have nothing to bind men save force, and they will not like the strength that men bring to bear in opposition when an unjust boot is pressed against the innocent neck.
