OK. For all of the EuroFags here who keep on going on about how much better the European prison system is and how it leads to lower recidivism rates, you are all absolutely full of shit.

Unless you come from Norway or Iceland, your rates are either equal or appallingly worse. Yes, even you Sweden are full of it.

Finland 2 years Reconviction 36% vs 36% US (Same)

France 5 years Reconviction 59% vs 55% US (US better by 4%)
France 5 years Reimprisonment 46% vs 45% US (US better by 1%)

Germany 3 years Reconviction 48% vs 45% US (US better by 3%)
Germany 3 years Reimprisonment 35% vs 36% US (Germany better by 1%)

Iceland 2 years Reconviction 27% vs 36% US (Iceland better by 9%)

Ireland 3 years Reconviction 51% vs 45% US (US better by 6%)

Netherlands 2 years Reconviction 48% vs 36% US (US better by 12%)

Norway 2 years Reconviction 20% vs 36% US (Norway better by 16%)

Sweden 2 years Reconviction 43% vs 36% US (US better by 7%)

United Kingdom – England/Wales 1 year Reconviction 46% vs 23% US (US better by 23%)
United Kingdom – England/Wales 2 year Reconviction 59% vs 36% US (US better by 23%)

United Kingdom – England/Wales 4 year Reconviction 70% vs 51% US (US better by 20%)
United Kingdom – England/Wales 5 year Reconviction 72% vs 55% US (US better by 17%)

United Kingdom – Scotland 1 year Reconviction 46% vs 23% US (US better by 23%)

United Kingdom – Northern Ireland 6 month Reconviction 9% vs 13% US (Northern Ireland better by 4%)
United Kingdom – Northern Ireland 1 year Reconviction 25% vs 23% US (US better by 2%)
United Kingdom – Northern Ireland 2 year Reconviction 47% vs 36% US (US better by 11%)

Here is my source:

So Norway can talk. Iceland I suspect has a lower rate since it is a small homogeneous island population and word gets around. Odds are you would be robbing your cousin.

If you want to disagree, bring some facts to the table. Near as I can tell, ya'll are just repeating lies that have been fed into you by the main stream press over and over again and you just believe them like good little sheep.
The problem with your comparison is that you're ignoring the massive discrepancy that exists with respect to sentencing and incarceration.

In the data you cite, recidivism is defined as the percentage of people who reoffend once they're released from prison; what the data doesn't include is the people who are found guilty of crimes, but never progress to prison due to other forms of intervention, and this is where the data is particularly damning for the United States.

In most European countries, incarceration is typically used as a last resort for those who have not responded to earlier forms of intervention, while in the United States, due to zero tolerance policies and mandatory minimum sentencing laws, people get incarcerated much earlier and for much longer, at which point they have a greater than 50% chance of becoming repeat offenders once they're released.

That should put the US recidivism rate into a better context. In any country, there are always going to be people who society has failed to rehabilitate; the difference is that this group is literally often an order of magnitude greater in the United States as a percentage of the general population.

In terms of what this means for guys like Baked Alaska, he will likely spend a month or two in jail, learn nothing from the experience, and then come out not knowing what to do but cause more trouble, only this time with the added lure that he has even less to lose. It goes back to what I said earlier that people often enter the prison system as petty criminals only to emerge from it as hardened ones. Baked doesn't seem intelligent enough to avoid that trap.

Most counties and prosecutors offer some fairly cushy plea deals to lesser charges. Defense attorneys will typically try and wrangle out some sort of deal where the defendant agrees to some sort or anger management, or drug/alcohol rehab counseling be performed by the defendant in order to get off light.

Hell even Baked was offered 2 days in jail to make the point when would have carried with it a probation period where he would have had to stay away from drugs & alcohol and get a job while staying away from other convicts with a probation officer checking in on him periodically to ensure he stays on the straight & narrow.

You made an allegation. But can you back it up with some data or a research study? I am open to a good counter argument. But I am going to need more than just your word on the subject which appears to be informed by what you have been fed by the ever so credible news press.

What Baked should learn out of this is that is he now has a criminal record of macing people. And if he fucks up again, the judge & prosecutor may not go as lightly on him. If it happens again he will spend a longer amount of time in jail.

I hope that sinks in. I expect we won't be seeing any more live stream macing.

PEAK CONTONT right here.. :optimistic:

So I guess that proves he's not a fed, right?
Could be the opposite.

Listen at the end. They ask if they want to go straight to sentencing and the defence says they want to put in 'mitigation'.

One of the biggest 'mitigations' is co-operation.

So, if anything, it looks even more like he's an no good dirty snitch rat cunt.

just so it isn't lost...Baked wont marry a vaxxed girl and he believes women should be controlled. Thanks IP2!

Yeah I'm sure Baked Alaska will hold out and not marry a vaxxed girl on principle and will totally put a bitch in her place. Same guy who spent a year going on blood and soil rants then immediately went into debt trying to Stockholm syndrome a half Jewish high class prostitute into marrying him over the course of a couple months while she refused to even kiss him in public and posted pictures on her social media of her with other guys.

"The government is charging me with "allegedly" destroying a Jewish sign. Yeah this was from that stream about a year ago at the Phoenix capital..."

Usually when people try to pull the "allegedly" card on their own crimes they don't reference the video evidence of them definitely doing it but go off.

Sounds like he's going to be trying the "it was just a prank your honor" defense.

Edit: clip2- "I would move to Russia right now but they took my passport"
Smart thing to say when you were arrested by the feds while violating your release conditions by leaving the state on your pending assault charges in a city with a major international airport.
Sounds like a "flight risk" to me
