Has any autopsy material been released for any of these people? I don't recall seeing anything out there.
That's all I could find:

Edit: "... and a graze gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead."
So contrary to what many believe Pedobaum wasn't shot in the head.

knowing he was suffering from a gunshot in his nuts that also fractured his pelvis, a perforated lung & liver while the light fades away adds another dimension to this video;

I sincerely hope you're correct but I'm extremely skeptical that you are. We've seen a lot of bitter vindication in the form of "everything is illegitimate."
Honestly between the Virginia elections and how this case feels much much different from the chauvin case. Remember chauvin kneeled on the neck of the dude for 9 minutes. With this case there is nothing of the sort that really can make the jury or random activists say to the general public look see we're right we need to arrest this kid.
I mean the video evidence is well basically the equivalent of firery but mostly peaceful protests from the media. The people can see rioting going on behind the camera crews but we're supposed to believe they're just peaceful protests.
That's the best way we're to look at this case. If you're a blue person you must believe the he's a white surpremacist murderer narrative. But everyone can clearly see the video evidence showing the exact opposite.

The thing is Kenosha Wisconsin is a red city remember in 2020 Trump won in Kenosha county. Also the polls that says Kyle rittenhouse was in the wrong I gaurnetee you those were mainstream media push polls. If you talk to people in Kenosha themselves they will tell you most of the city is rooting for the kid. Remember polls can be manipulated and most times are often manipulated.

The polls hosted by news stations, shocker, are almost always curated. Sometimes they only reflect votes from the employees of the station! That's why, if you pay attention, you'll rarely see polling results that fall much outside "acceptable opinion" for that particular station's demogra - hell I'll just say their agenda.

Of course about 90% of these stations hire people with the same views and live in the same bubble as their colleagues. That bubble has an acceptable range of political thought. Socialist not tankie or nationalist to neo liberal. As you can imagine most of the journalists who aren't expierienced locals tend to be idealouges.

Good morning

I left Nicholas Rekeitas stream on all night but muted so I could get some sleep and I think I'm confident in saying that I am a defense lawyer and that Richards needs to be objecting to the subjects at hand more and not less.

That's just my individual take, my personal view and explaining that this idea is mine warrants a burgeoning TL;DR averted because I don't actually have anything to say beside parroting and preemptive coping.

Objection, form.

I've been thinking about it a bit. The "militia" video is a huge problem but the real issue isn't the militia word or the laser printer shit IMO. It's the fact that they let the narrator get in some line directly to Kyle to the effect of "I know your trying help those people, but they have their own medics and they don't like you".

The prosecutors only case is that Kyle shouldn't have been there and the risk is that some random guy telling him to stay on the lot is going to stick in a jurors mind and theyll think they because some random guy who held him self out as going to protests a lot told Kyle to stay on the lot that he should just automatically listen to him or he's provoking people.

Defense has to subpoena video guy, get leave to treat him as a hostile witness, and rip him up IMO.

Okay I'm just finishing day 2 of the testimony. What the fuck is with this atrocious lack of objections and just rambling on with cross and just missing stuff?

That's what I thought, too, and that the issues in that case are essentially irrelevant to the self defense affirmative defense in the criminal case, and worse, prejudicial to that case. It lets the prosecution muddy the water with a bunch of gun sperging. So I could see a request to bifurcate the two cases. It didn't happen, though.
Not finding a way to dispose of the gun and curfew charges before trial was a big mistake. The prosecutors path to victory is through confusing the jury and those two charges open the door to all kinds of confusing bullshit.
