looks like Dark Souls meets Breath of the Wild with a side of Monster Hunter.

Looks interesting and good gameplay wise..various magic we see is interesting.
 
Hi tree from Berserk. Or is it Irminsul? Or is it Yggdrasil? Hope the proper people are credited at least.
 
What's the point of promoting this as a collaboration with George RR Martin when literally everything about it looks like From Software's standard dark fantasy worldbuilding? Even the name is gay. Just call that shit Dark Souls 4.

yes im a little sus...but the good news is the characters introduced and the random character world moments look enjoyable. if the story isn't better than what Darksouls 1/2 brought us then this will quickly become a shelved game...but the combat looks juicy.
 
I'm excited. As much as I liked Dark Souls and LOVED Bloodborne, I'm glad they're expanding the gameplay to this degree. It reminds me of a rawer Shadow of Mordor, if that makes sense. I don't believe it falls under the Dark Souls moniker 'cause it's bound to be so much bigger and not nearly as nihilistic, story-wise.

Sekiro is probably one of my most favorite games of all time. The whole game was a dance. The only downside was its lack of replayability and I suspect this game will be much more replayable.

Apparently he did some scenario writing for it and helped out with the lore. That was forever ago tho, don't even think he properly remembers it.

It'll be interesting to see what turns out from lazy georgie's involvement, maybe some titties, who knows.
 
Game looks amazing. Its more Dark Souls III+ Breath Of The Wild. I'm already thinking on what kind of build I want to do. There will be so much weapon variety but magic looks so cool.
 
Open world Dark Souls with crafting and better magic. There was this one spell that summoned 4 ghost skeletons around a guy with halberds(I think) who simultaneously attacked.

They also added a stealth mode, which is going to lead to some serious cheese.

I don’t know, I am having fun watching everyone scramble to play every From game before this comes out. Hope you are enjoying 3. I still would like to finish the DeS remake because I never did and didn’t play the original.

Oh yeah, I'm having a great time with 3. Currently at Irithyll, and I fuckin' HATE those gangly tall undead with a passion. Quick little shits, it's a good thing I tuned up my Claymore since my attempts at using the Dragonslayer from Berserk didn't go so well.

After DS3 I'll move on to Sekiro, and hopefully along the way Bloodborne (GIVE ME THE PC RELEASE FROMSOFT I BEG OF YOU). Shit, maybe I'll do a Kings Crossing marathon too while I'm at it!

Looks alright. But that "Bandai Namco" logo in the corner is more than enough to give me pause. I'll have to try out a demo or play it at a friend's place before I consider putting down any money. They pick as much shit as they pick gold.

This game is what I imagined the future of games being like the first time I ran around hyrule field in OoT as a kid. And because From actually has a mad decent reputation I can even look forward to it instead of being hella wary like with the new halo. Feelsgoodman
 
As long as Miyazaki is the director for the game I will buy it. He has not done wrong by me yet.
