Grosskreutz will lie when questioned on the stand despite video evidence and this prediction is worth zero credit because it's blindingly obvious that's what's going to happen.

They have to put him up there because the sympathy from seeing his gimp arm, but that motherfucker is going to lie.

Honestly, is there a chance that the prosecution could just move to just drop charges and say they're not going to pursue further because they know they're totally fucked? I'm not sure if there's true believers like Chauvin, but that could be the only thing keeping a case going sometimes.
No. The DA or Prosecutor, forget which one, obviously wants Kyle's scalp for his political resume. In addition, Kyle is the most textbook case of Self Defense you have seen in a long time, and is on video. He HAS to fall, or the gun grabbers' narratives are set back by 20 years.
I think they know Kyle has a rock-solid self-defense case, and are trying to keep up appearances for the sake of politics. Binger is just throwing shit at the wall now, trying to see if he can win with innuendo and petty gotchas.

Trying Kyle and him ultimately walking makes it look (to their side) like they didn't just let him get away with murder. If he walks, they can just say, "we would have convicted if it weren't for that damn dirty institutional racism".

I have a really hard time seeing how they manage to thread that needle without opening up the option to bring up his pedo past. If that comes out into court, all bets are off. You can't just ask the jury to ignore the fact that a kid-raper got ventilated. At that point, 99% chance that this Magic the Gathering meme becomes reality.

Technically, it was 30 .223 Aguila counters.

Concerning the the girlfriend, she'll have to be coached impossibly hard. The slightest allusion to Pedobaum's character ("Oh yeah, Joe was a good guy") opens Pedobaum to scrutiny. I can't see her not slipping.

Wouldn't a simple "How long have you been with Mr rosenbaum?2 and then followed by "Were you aware of his past?" make the jury interested in researching what was actually his past? Though I would wager that most know that he was a pedophile regardless of what they claim. And from what we heard today is certainly that Rosenbaum wasn't a holy Jesus but a fucking timebomb just waiting to go off and even his "allies" despised him. Hard to combat this with "Muh feelings". At least imho.

Army man blew the door off the hinges on rosenbalm. He said he was violent and assaultive like 30.times. Thats a prosecution witness injecting his character into issue 😁.

That's partly why I think he talked to Richards.

They can ask her now and there's no answer that doesn't bring the criminal history in.

Can they just bring up Rosenbaum's character out of the blue on cross?

Also, if Kyle walks, could Grosskreutz be charged with assault/attempted murder?

I keep forgetting Gravy Seal was a prosecution witness, since his testimony only helped Kyle and Binger was trying to impeach his own witness.

"We've heard yesterday from army man that Mr. Rosenbalm had a violent character, wouldn't you say that's right?", Something to that effect. They normally couldn't, but I think army man opened the door. Once character is injected you can comment on it.
Even if it gets introduced but doesn't sway the jury, I hope it at least makes Binger get pissy. We know from the sidebar yesterday that he's afraid of it getting in.

I think Bringer was expecting Fat Guy to be dumber than he was, like more of a stereotypical witness. Fat Guy turns out to be sharp as a tack.

Maybe the army isn’t as pozzed as I thought.

He probably had to deal with some real pricks among the officer core while he was in the military, and that skillset works just as well against arrogant, pretentious fucks like Binger.

11 women, surely atleast half have kids.

Tell six moms that a man is lighting fires and acting like a nut down town, oh and BTW he molests kids and smacks around his GF - and ask them what they think should happen to him. No way they vote to convict if they find out what kind of people died.

Hell, just parents, or even uncles/aunts, period, regardless of their gender. If Pedobaum raped my child, Kyle wouldn't have to do the job, I'd have shot him myself.

And there's also the other angle if Kyle hadn't shot Pedobaum. The jurors are all Kenosha locals. Some might have kids. If Pedobaum hadn't been yeeted, would their children have been raped next?

The jury isn't supposed to consider his child rape convictions, only his behavior as Kyle would have perceived it, but you try to tell normal human beings to ignore a child rapist's history, and it won't happen.

Binger claimed early on that Kyle chased Pedobaum, right?
And that the aerial footage would show this?
(Or am I misremembering that?)

The footage showed no such thing.

Can a prosecutor just lie in court like that without consequences?
Yes, they have immunity when making the state's case. Attorneys are also not under oath.
