Wuhan Coronavirus: Megathread - Got too big

Well, my grandmother is out and back to her usual crazy self. A family member is watching her, she's thanking God, her doctors, and my brother in that order. Turns out the chief virologist and Chief of Infectious Disease talked to her a lot, no idea why beyond she's a very bullheaded woman and that she was in high spirits although she did admit to my mother that she was foolish. She made sure to ask if I got my religious exemption for my current job. Never got intubated, generally we were nosy on what she was given, demanded her to be given what we could demand.

She's already gone into a certain Supermarket where she lives that demands the mask and responded that she has natural immunity after asking me for sources about how the vaccine has waning immunity. God bless her.

So if Pfizer's stupid pill cuts hospitalization and death by 91%, isn't that good enough to treat people as they get sick and not force a shitty shots that do virtually nothing down people's throats? If I draw a bad straw and get covid, I'd be fine taking a pill that will exit my body rather than a shot that acts as a virus. Also, I would imagine the pill would help the body fight off the natural infection, thus allowing the formation of N antibodies.. People who just take the pill will likely fare better than those who take the vax on breakthroughs. I mean, unless it's actually just poison. You can never tell.

Which again, it's fucking weird we took the approach of hijacking our cells, like a virus, to make one of the disease causing agents of the virus it's supposed to protect against. Back in my day, the vaxxes we were given were dead and harmless, neutered viruses or parts, not freshly created active ones.

Also, in other fun news, Minnesota has started publishing reinfection cases. So out of the 800,000 confirmed covid cases, we have had about 8000 reinfections. Much hand wringing, but that's... 1%. Natural immunity is 99% effective, even months and for some, years later! Compare that to the shots and their immunity that wanes in weeks.

Case load is extremely high and deaths are up, but perhaps no more than proportionate for the delta wave, and nearly everyone is in the 60 and over club. Everyone keeps freaking out, though.

Speaking of Pfizer with their "Pfizermecin".
Thursday was a rough day for Moderna shares after the company released revenue figures and FY guidance that deeply disappointed Wall Street expectations (potentially destroying the reputation of financier Steve Weiss, arguably Moderna's biggest promoter on Wall Street, in the process). But on Friday, Pfizer - Moderna's biggest rival - rubbed Moderna's nose in it by announcing a revolutionary new oral COVID antiviral similar to the Merck 'miracle pill' that won approval from UK regulators yesterday.

The news sent Pfizer's stock surging, while Moderna and Merck shares tumbled, during premarket trade. Pfizer shares were trading up 11%+:

The key takeaway from the Pfizer announcement is this: Pfizer said studies showed its COVID-19 pill reduced hospitalizations and deaths in high-risk patients by 89%. That's even higher than the 50% reduction in hospitalizations and deaths shown by the Merck pill. Again, like Merck, Pfizer said that it was no longer taking new patients in a clinical trial of the treatment "due to the overwhelming efficacy" of the drug, which it now plans to submit its findings to the FDA for emergency authorization (just like Merck is doing). Yesterday, Merck won approval for its new COVID antiviral, molnupiravir, from regulators in the UK, and it's pushing to wrack up as many EUAs as possible from regulators from all over.

Pfizer is already planning to seek approval emergency approval from the US government because, according to the numbers, its drug is even more effective than molnuiravir. According to the headline numbers, Pfizer's new antiviral is even more effective than the rival pill from Merck. Pfizer’s pill, which will be sold under the brand name Paxlovid, cut the risk of hospitalization or death by 89% when taken within three days after symptoms emerge (the number for Merck's drug was it needed to be taken within 5 days of infection).

“The results are really beyond our wildest dreams,” said Annaliesa Anderson, a Pfizer executive who led the drug’s development. She expressed hope that Paxlovid “can have a big impact on helping all our lives go back to normal again and seeing the end of the pandemic.”
It's expected the new drug will be made available in the US at least but in limited quantities at first.

Criticisms have also been made about the cost of molnupiravir, and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla already affirmed on CNBC that a course of the drug will cost insurers or customers around $700 (though the firm says it intends to sell the drug at a "discounted" prices to "poorer countries".

Per the NYT:

The U.S. government has been in negotiations with Pfizer for enough pills for 1.7 million courses of treatment, with an additional option for 3.3 million, according to a senior administration official. That is about the same quantity that the United States has ordered from Merck. The government expects to pay about $700 per treatment course for both drugs, the official said.
Both the Pfizer and Merck pills are both geared toward patients regarded as high-risk, including those above the age of 60 or with conditions like obesity that make them more susceptible to severe consequences from COVID.

But while experts again touted the drug's safety profile, several scientists have spoken out about potential safety risks tied to molnupiravir, the Merck drug.

Another important question: what does this mean now for President Biden's increasingly coercive vaccine mandate?

I don't want to imagine how many hospitals put plastic bags over patiens to stop corona-chan spread.

The mother of a 16-year-old Texas girl, who is shown in photographs wearing a plastic bag in a local hospital after testing positive for COVID-19, is asking the state to intervene over the unorthodox medical “protocol.”

Natalie Rodriguez broke into tears in a telephone interview with The Epoch Times as she described her daughter Nayeli Serna’s experience at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas.

On Aug. 28, Rodriguez said she took Nayeli to her primary care doctor after her daughter began to experience of shortness of breath. Nayeli’s oxygen level was around 87 percent—well below normal, Rodriguez said.

She said the doctor referred Nayeli to the emergency room at Medical Center Hospital for further evaluation. The teen later tested positive for the Chinese Communist Party virus that causes COVID-19.

“As they transported my daughter for tests, they placed a clear plastic equipment bag tightly fitting over her head, removed supplemental oxygen, and instructed her to wear a face mask under the bag,” Rodriguez said in an Oct. 13 written complaint to the Texas Department of State Health Services.

“I cried,” Rodriguez told The Epoch Times. “I asked (a nurse) if they had to put it over her,” and she was told it was hospital “protocol.”

“It was a good while, but they didn’t turn the oxygen on. They forgot to turn it on,” Rodriguez added.

Rodriguez said Nayeli sat in a wheelchair in the ER with the bag over her head for 20 to 25 minutes.

At that point, her daughter had shut down emotionally. She was later taken into the hospital’s ICU for treatment. She recovered about two weeks later, Rodriguez said.

However, the straight-A student is now dealing with symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, her mother said.

“She just has a lot of anxiety now. She can’t really tolerate people,” Rodriguez said.

Rodriguez then contacted Jamie Foreman at The Accountability Project of Odessa, a nonprofit local government watchdog group.

Foreman agreed to post the photo of Nayeli draped in the plastic bag on the group’s Facebook page. It has been shared more than 1,000 times.

“I was appalled. I didn’t put that picture out there for weeks. We didn’t know if she (Nayeli) was going to live or die,” Foreman told The Epoch Times.

Foreman said she is aware of at least two other hospital patients who were made to wear the plastic bag as a safety precaution, including an 80-year-old woman prior to her transportation to a nursing home.

Foreman said the hospital even threatened to report an ambulance paramedic who refused to follow the protocol.

Remember Jeff Hoilday? One of the vanguards of the anti-sjws in 2016? He's pro-vax and a huge fauci shill. Check out the comments. It's a damn cesspool of people calling others who don't wish to take the vaccine as anti-vaxxers and saying anti-vaxxers don't deserve the same treatment as people who did take the vaccine.

I wonder what Jeff's subscribers think of Jeff's pedo tattoo.

Re the girl mistreated in the Texas hospital, the parents need to sue. Putting a bag over anyone's head is no "treatment protocol". Bet the people at that medical hobby shop wouldn't let THEIR loved ones be done that way.

Oh, this "hospital" has been busy trying to cover their ass. Looks like they have pissed off a LOT of West Texans. NFG for the "hospital". I don't believe them.

Pic of the girl with the bag over her head and wearing a mask.

Since he's so pro-mask let's trop all our used masks in his backyard. That would be a way to talk with him about mask pollution.:story:

So what are people's theories here as to what exactly is going on? Like the planning behind the scenes, the agendas, who's working with who, etc? Your personal conspiracy theories on why stuff is happening the way it is.
There’s really not much room for personal conspiracy theories when it’s no longer a theory and they’re extremely blatant about it all at this point. People are just too self absorbed to see and hear what’s actually happening.

The triangle is an example of Panamanian Mola decorative art, which is used on textiles and the like. The tat next to it on his arm is a pilgrim cross from the 2019 panama world youth day. The FBI bulletin thing is fake; as far as I can tell, it first appeared in 2017 when the logography for world youth day 2019 was initially unveiled. Even if the FBI bulletin thing is older (or real), given the presence of the WYD19 pilgrim cross, I'd argue it's an almighty coincidence.

Obviously I'm not addressing the absolute degeneracy of the giant buttplug.

It's real, wikileaks acquired it

Fuck off disinfo fag, quit covering for the pedos you dumb glow in the dark nigger.

Fair enough. Still think it's a coincidence though, given the context of the tats.

Yeah you got found out you dumb nigger.

Today was the first day of the new indoor mask mandate. Went to the commissary but didn't need to wear a mask. The mask mandate doesn't apply on Federal property. My guess is the local command will re-introduce masks anyway to suck up to the incompetent civilians who run the county I live in.

By the same token, downtown one has to pay ten cents for a bag when shopping for most things. At the Base Exchange and the commissary, bags are still plentiful and free. Again, bases are Federal property and local bullshit laws don't apply.

I want them to stop giving us outs. We need a hill to die on, not a pretend one. It's soft totalitarianism. The frog boiling is real.
You will get your chance too. Unless there is enough to ruin it for you this go around and if that be the case I apologize.
I may be late to note anything of importance as plan enjoying a long weekend and finding out when all things are said and done.

Not even medical-grade sterile plastic bags either, just some equipment covers.

It is real, but you're right. Concentric spiraling designs like that are some of the most basic design elements, easily predating all written languages, probably some of the very first human scribblings. While some pedos did use them, they're hardly a reliable indicator of pedo.
