no, a single stupid conviction in a Wisconsin court doesn't break the second amendment you retards

he's going to get acquitted anyway but even so
The two strongest arguments in any court of law are "It has always been this way" and "This is what happened the last time".

The outcome of this case could savagely curtail the right to practice self defence legally under the Law of Man if Kyle is convicted, this case will become the precedent by which future cases will be practiced.

Some doompillers here are going to call you (and some of the rest of us) idiots for thinking that the outcome of this case even matters.
I stopped caring what people call me a long time ago. There's always someone who thinks you're an idiot for something. Sometimes they're even right. There are also people who think you're an idiot if you don't believe in psychic abilities or the lizard people. Like, whatever man. It's all good.

If that goes out the window imagine how many gun owners basically decide to say fuck it and revolt. Like that would be the trigger for a Civil conflict. Like make the right think they can win and destroy what they want again you can only do that so many times before they snap and January 6th being turned into a show trial formality to fuck them isn't making the state many friends. If Biden continues to act this weak and Americans sense this it's over.
I dunno about revolt, but the next guy stuck in Kyle's situation might not show his restraint. If you're going to go to prison or the chair even for perfect self defense, you might as well take out as many commies as you can before your mags run dry and your knife breaks. Every one you send to hell is one less pedo, domestic violencer or drunk-driving thief left to threaten your community.

This kind of blatant political prosecution does nothing but undermine the legitimacy of the justice system and threaten the foundation of modern society. The very idea of a social contract can only exist where the mechanisms of law are neutral, in as much as human nature will allow. If the populace does not trust these systems, they will not submit themselves to that authority and these political actors will have no one but themselves to blame.

i have to be honest, I don't really understand why anybody is watching restreams of this trial by ecelebs. The court proceedings broadly speak for themselves, and I don't see what real value some grifting faggot on youtube is adding. I don't need someone else to tell me when to laugh at the prosecution for torpedoing their own case.
its supposed to be legal commentary about how well the defense or pross is able to weave a narrative for the jury.

nick is supposed to offer commentary but hes a family law guy who's never been to trial
and since hes a barnes orbiter hes been talking shit about the defense team. his opinion was worthless and obviously so when he woukdnt stop with the objection shit.

I don't really care about his qualifications that much, the issue i have is that he and his guests (if he has any that stream) start reacting and talking and it devolves more and more into sidebar until they lose the thread completely. Rather than just, you know, sit and listen, and then give their thoughts at the end.

Rittenhouse seduced Fentanyl-Floyd.

He shook his hot 17 year-old boi-pussy infront of Saint-Fentanyl-Floyd's hot banana-turd like erect penis.

This is a FACT.

Fentanyl-Floyd, like a broken BUCK; who was TAMED by Chauvin's BIG WHITE PENIS, could not resist Kyles soon to be budding BIG WHITE PENIS!

Fentanyl-Floyd conspired with BIG WHITE PENIS expert Rosencock to cram that budding Boi-Penis into their ANUS.

They spent many nights; consuming cigarettes and fentanyl, wracking their minds for the PERFECT PLAN.

They eventually landed on the plan to fake Floyds death. Fentanly-Floyd would first consume a heroic dose of Fentanyl, something he had trained for all his life, so that he would lay on the pavement with an big erection while Chauvin kneed on his neck. Floyd loved this plan so much the blood from his heart escaped entirely into his penis, his mind focused entirely on the knee on his neck, his position as a broken buck entirely fulfilled.

His penis became so enlarged, all according to keikaku, mind you, that IT APPEARED THAT HIS HEART STOPPED!

omg that is not how stare decisis works are you fucking high

Wisconsin state court decisions are precedent in Wisconsin, they don't magically become precedent in the rest of the country. plus the extremely bizarre fact pattern makes this case pretty much irrelevant for self-defense in general.

this case will be appealed if he loses anyway

We'll find out won't we?

How's it go? "After the first, The rest are free". That would turn into a mess if it started happening large-scale, Even if it might work for any one incident.

I promise you no amount of fucking around will find out that Wisconsin decisions matter outside of Wisconsin
Yes, because no high profile case in one state has ever had social, political, or even ideological ramifications for every other state in the union that eventually causes them to alter their own laws. What a bizarre idea.
