Same here. I really want to know if Chris went in for basic crazy tests and passed them with flying colors and hearing the excuse his fancy Hebrew lawyer comes up with. I would imagine at this point in time, getting any kind of plea deal would be the top priority, unless Chris is fighting him over it. Which I really hope is the case.

No, because the charges haven't been finalized yet, and it hasn't yet ended up in Circuit Court, where it will be assigned a new judge. If the case doesn't plead out before then, and if they don't choose to go with a straight misdemeanor incest charge. (It's a "wobbler" that can go either way and I believe if they elected not to pursue felony penalties they could keep it in District Court.)

With the nature of the charges, violent sexual assault on an elderly person, I don't think there is bail in this case.

With the nature of the charges, violent sexual assault on an elderly person, I don't think there is bail in this case.

Alot of times Judges and Prosecutors will set bail at something insane like three hundred million dollars on high-profile cases just to send the message that "Well- at least I am giving you the legal possibility of not spending your time waiting for trial behind bars!"

The problem is Chris has so many weens/orbiters/gullible "fans" who are willing to send him money for no reason or buy random shit strewn about the hoard I wouldn't be surprised if he actually does make bail if it's offered
