Using US Courts to Burn Money, for Free, Forever

One overlooked aspect of the American legal system is that the people it consists of have an incentive to advocate more litigation. This is because the more litigation there is, the more market demand there is for legal apparatuses like judges and attorneys - hence the more money they make.

While it's a personal nightmare for someone to be repeatedly sued on false grounds, for the people whose livelihood (or, really, thrivelihood) depends on lots of cases being filed all the time, it's beneficial. So there is no reason for them to support legislation that curtails bad-faith litigation.

Additionally, it's a known fact that there are powerful lobbying forces that have weaponized the legal system (eg. Scientology) so I wouldn't be surprised if they play a role in things staying how they are, too.

This is what happens when the asylums are closed. Both Greer and Melinda should've been involuntarily committed a long time ago.
Melinda should've, Russ belongs in clink for being a self-confessed john.

They're so stupid they think gommunism just means they get more free shit.
Wonder what they'd make of the many Soviet propaganda posters that said "He who does not work, neither shall he eat".

They're willfully oblivious. These are people who believe you magically turn into a woman just by saying so, so denying reality is more or less a habit.
That too, that sort of postmodernist bullshit is antithetical to communism, to the point where the CIA even invested in pushing it to undermine communism back in the '60s. They identify as communists in the same way as they identify as women, I suppose.

@Null Isn't there anything like a Vexatious Littigant law in either of there jurisdictions? It's for cases like this where the claimant has not got a valid case but keeps on trying and they are banned from claiming against you without a judge looking at it in detail first that they have to pay for.
Read the article. VA doesn't but even if I got her penalized she's already promised to refile in FL where she'd not be a Vex.

For the sake of curiousity, why not set up an RSS feed or something that pops a notification or whatever on the site whenever you post an article?

So how do we change this? How do we help? Why haven’t the courts made both Melinda and Greer.. what is it? Hostile litigants? I forget the actual phrase but it’s when you’re using the courts to harass and punish.. anyways, can you file for that? Petition the court to look closely at what they’re doing?

(I’m sure you’ve probably done literally all this but I’m uneducated in the world of law spergs and legal cows, so I’m just curious as to what you can do and what we, as a community, can do..)
