Have you thought about incorporating the LLC in Delaware @Null? They have a very pro-business court that has sniff tests better with filings and vexatious litigant and you would be able to collect court fees regardless if it's pro se. I would definitely look into it.

Delaware is a corporate haven for a reason.

Even bad faith lawsuits are not criminal harassment and are generally exempt from any such claims (see also: defamation in court documents). If the civil courts refuse to do anything about a litigant in their authority there's no way a criminal court would step in. The proper measure here should be within the civil courts- reviewing a suit for merit or at least enjoining lawsuits or declaring a litigant to be vexatious when they've done this again and again.

Depending on jurisdiction it's possible that she could violate a harassment statute if she were told to cease all communication (EXCEPT for court motions, etc) and continued to post on the site directed at Null, etc, but good luck getting a prosecutor to try and run it down.
