@Null have you thought about an actual restraining order? From my experience the courts view nuisance lawsuits like that to be an attempt at circumventing the restraining order.

You may have to pay to defend yourself but in Delaware you can be able to claim jurisdiction in Delaware if she tries it in another state and be able to squash and filings and appeals easily with minimal filings which means money.

Get her vexatious status there and anywhere she files simply fight for the prevailing jurisdiction which is in Delaware where it will get thrown out due to vexatious litigant status.

Even bad faith lawsuits are not criminal harassment and are generally exempt from any such claims (see also: defamation in court documents). If the civil courts refuse to do anything about a litigant in their authority there's no way a criminal court would step in. The proper measure here should be within the civil courts- reviewing a suit for merit or at least enjoining lawsuits or declaring a litigant to be vexatious when they've done this again and again.

Depending on jurisdiction it's possible that she could violate a harassment statute if she were told to cease all communication (EXCEPT for court motions, etc) and continued to post on the site directed at Null, etc, but good luck getting a prosecutor to try and run it down.
