After Phil became a full-blown addict, his sense of "successful" switched from being a big-time streamer to being able to keep his wasteful spending and everything else he wants while being a lazy fuck. We know how much he insists on having it all, and when one of the non-negotiable things on his list of demands became a very expensive hobby, that had to have spurred him into changing his mind about what made him a success. Especially since he kept saying during the vest streak that we were mad about the vest because it made him successful. He really meant that shit, too. He felt VERY good about the fact that the tards were at his command like that. He really looked at himself as being the fucking man because he could fleece so much money out of complete suckers.
