PL stays winning.
Not really, this actually makes it a HECK of a lot easier to track him down. If he got it from a big-box store like Target or Walmart it rules out him living near metropolitan areas (Each store only receives 2-4 Ultra Premium Collections and they tend to sell out of that specific product at opening).
I find him calling someone a "re tard" exceptionally funny. He's built a fucking shrine for them this feels like.
It's an irony that's ultimately lost on him, he'll never be truly accepted unless he goes on some form antipsychotic medication. And he also failed to post the pulls from his Celebrations packs, that means he didn't get the reprinted Charizard either.

So let's see if he has the sense to keep them in those plastic covers, or if they'll end up on the floor with scratches and dog-ears like the others.
The cards in question are made of metal, them getting dog-eared is going to be REALLY difficult.

You are right about them getting scratched though, if he’s not careful with ‘em then the scratches will be VERY noticeable.
How much is it in MSRP again?
$119 before taxes.

From what we can discern, his neighbours are also special needs.
Seconding this, there’s a very good chance he’s in some form of special housing for those afflicted by severe mental illness.

…hold on a sec.

Has anyone taken any of the info from previous location leaks and searched for special needs housing around those areas?

EDIT: I think it's safe to say that he lives somewhere rural in the eastern US, he managed to find a Walgreens-exclusive Celebrations tin and those are almost rarely in-stock at suburban/urban stores.

I'd say the sales tax COULD be a dead giveaway on his general area, but a 9.25% sales tax is pretty common.

Despite his attempts to censor his receipt, you can still make out what's written on it in the mirror. Let's flip it and see what it says:

I was clearly able to make out "MADISON" and either IN or TN. I highly doubt it's Indiana since that gas station near a Waffle House was found last year in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Its local total sales tax can be circa 9.75~10% according to different sources. Seems like a street/drive/venue that "Madison" in it in TN is where one'd need to look.

This image, which was posted along with the Waffle House pic is around 40 minutes North of the Waffle House along the highway, right outside of a place called Frost Cutlery.
There is a Walgreens about 20 minutes East along the highway from the Waffle House.
I have no idea how far he must walk from his apartment to be able to call a Walgreens 'near' when it seems like it would be an over hour long walk.

Madison, TN apparently has a sales tax of 9.25%, matching the receipt, then a quick look into "Walgreens Madison Tennessee" on Google gave us this address: 627 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115, United States. A potential hit.

Next we can look at Madison, IN, which has a sales tax of 7%, instantly disqualifying it, but just in case I will give you the results for "Walgreens Madison Tennessee" on Google: 129 Clifty Dr, Madison, IN 47250, United States

Oh now that’s just beautiful, lemme do some digging.
So far I’m seeing two locations when searching for Madison in any sort of capacity, one’s in Clarsksville (1954 Madison Street) and another’s in Athens (805 W Madison Avenue). The one in Clarksville is a good 2-3 HOUR drive away from the locations that PL has been to in the past, but the one in Athens (805 W Madison Ave) is a 42 minute drive from Frost Cutlery.
Assuming we’re not getting weened by his orbiters, I suspect that the he’s somewhere around Athens, TN. with access to either public transit or a service that can drive him to various locations. My only issue is that the sales tax doesn’t make sense, Athens, TN has a 9.75% sales tax while the receipt has a 9.25% sales tax.

So, after a bit of editing in Photoshop, playing around with contrast and exposure, I'm pretty sure I was able to nail down the location of that Walgreens: 4440 US-411, Madisonville, TN. If you fuck around with contrast, you should be able to make out what appears to be a "V" and an "E" after "MADISON" in that receipt. Then the zip code: the first two numbers indeed make out "37", but the last number doesn't look like "5" at all; either "1" or "4". Madisonville's zip code is 37354. And lastly, the phone number at the very bottom. At first, the only number I could barely read there was "47". However, after examining how Walgreens receipts look in general, I've concluded that "47" is the part of the last 4 digits in the phone number, and the number that particular one has is 423-442-4778.

Could you guys check the McMinn Villa Apartments? It's close to the Athen's Walgreens (a 15 minute walk). There's a Walmart relatively near (7 min drive, 30-50 min walk), a McDonald's too (6-7 min drive, 30 min walk).

It doesn't really look like the place we think it's his home, but it reminds me of it.

There was a also tweet that got removed before I could cap it where PreciousAnonn said that people were going to come kill PL within a few days. His harassers are crazier than he is.

There are not many photos online, but I've found some reviews of the place:

These are from the first links I found in google. It seems the place it's rated pretty poorly in many webpages.

If the manager doesn't care about the place, could that explain why he's still living by himself? I mean, she doesn't seem to care about drug dealings, so why should she care about a schizo autist?

Also, there's this link in google maps:

https://aamci.com/

it redirects to a affordable housing program. And if you check the Communities tab:

It's an interesting find, but I'm not sure that's the place he's living in.

Also, I'm surprised no one shared this:

Amazing thread. It promptly derailed and some anon posted the infamous Tail's comic. The mods deleted tons of posts instead of deleting the whole thread (it's now purged, I think, so no more updates). PL was reading it and answering in his twitter.

Madisonville Walgreens is a 1hr 13min drive away from the Waffle House from the OP while the Madison Walgreens is 2hr 22min away, so the Madisonville location is more likely the correct Walgreens.

The Waffle House is 8935 Old Lee Hwy, Ooltewah, TN 37363 if anybody else wants to check.
@JustinSabb's photos are from 6861 Mountain View Rd, Ooltewah, TN 37363, which is a 4min car drive away from the Waffle House, (42min walk)

Those Tails posts were up for about six hours. /vp/ jannies just do not give a fuck.

And he’s trying to save face on the receipt leak, he deleted the original Tweet and he posted this…

Given all the other locations he’s brought up in the past and how they’re all conveniently located in the general area @PolarChoco mentioned and Madisonville having a 9.25% sales tax I think it’s reasonable to say he’s in Madisonville, TN.

EDIT: And he’s heading out again, he’s still sticking to his story so I suspect that /vp/ may have checked out the thread.

I can't wait to see the reaction once the servers for Pokemon Masters are closed. Mobile games aren't eternal
He’d probably be sad for a bit until he remembers that he has the models and can do whatever he wants with ‘em. Until TPCi sends him a C&D over it, of course.

But that’s just wishful thinking on my part.
