Phil is dwelling on Japanese cultural differences again. Hostesses he'll never understand. Nor 'biker culture'. Because, you see, there's this whole biker culture that exists in Japan, and they wear stupid suits covered in sponsors and logos and stuff.

I found this picture from Japan so that Americans have a visual reference to this weirdo culture.
Oh, shit, wait, no, I meant to post...
Well... all these erroneous images I've posted gave me time to think that maybe Phil is just weird and staggeringly ignorant.
And maybe a series like Yakuza that often exaggerates and satirizes elements of Japanese culture is no more an accurate reflection of Japanese culture than GTA is an accurate reflection of American culture.
Well Phil's idea of an Italian is "Look at me I talk with muh hands, gabagool". Considering that is his own 'heritage', I don't think you can expect much with his understanding of other cultures, especially one he openly despises.

Sorry to derail the thread with old stuff, but does anybody happen to have the prestream where Phil shits on John? Saying he lives with his parents, wasn't that funny, etc.
It was from 2015ish, before he was posting prestreams to youtube.

It was referenced in the response video John and Howard made.

He also said he doesn't understand "idol culture". Despite thinking it's totally normal for his fans to give him $100 every time he shows up on stream.
And obsessively spending on a mobile game linked to an entertainment franchise that is built on exactly the same psychological mechanics, while living in a country that is has one of the strongest cultural fixations on 'celebrity' on the planet...

Plot twist... Phil played the Judgement bike missions before. He announced that helped Kat do them when she played the game and went into enough detail that he likely used a guide and did several of them.
So first of all, he lied about how much he saw her play then. He said previously it was just a bit of the school storyline.

Second of all, after beating a race, he said "Even though I'm acting... <mushed mouth trailing off>, just for transparency, I've done this before."
He just straight up admitted that he is faking his reactions for the stream despite knowing exactly what he's doing.
Not like all those times he came back from break and took out a Souls boss in one run, I'm sure...

Phil barely even hits 1500 views on most of his gameplay vids in the last month, but he's sperging out over the Guardians videos getting blocked. How much money is he even really losing here?
@Piece of Peace worked out a better CPM guess based on the bank leaks, and I think his CPM was something like $2.50. So for every thousand views a video gets, he averages $2.50. So like $4ish per video?

This is why I never understood parasocial relationships. You have these retards (streamers) with the very world at their finger tips who just prove time and time again they're not worthy of the kindness of their fans. DSP should be making a killing flying to Japan and doing IRL gacha streams but instead here he is.

It's truly insane what SSI checks and loneliness can create when directed toward an internet personality.

BrickBoy, that homeless guy, and the mexican dude all tipped exactly $300 or its equivalent on the one and only night they ever tipped. Just food for thought.
I think the homeless pedophile was legit given that some videos were deleted and a new one was added after he did it and got doxed. Brickboy is a tough one b/c he had videos uploaded showing off proudly his $2000+ Fortnite skin collection, so it's not really a stretch to think he would piss away money on Phil. Calva Corp hopped on a livestream and laughed his ass off right afterwards, so there's no question on that one.

Yeah, BrickBoy is really the only remotely ambiguous one because he didn't address the money and the attention afterwards.

But it is a weird coincidence that they all turned up once, weeks apart, dropped approximately the same amount of money for what appears to be completely different reasons, all on apparent primary accounts where they could be identified, and then dipped out and pretty much disappeared from Phil's streams. And Phil didn't seem to question any of it. It's certainly some SoK conspiracy-paranoia, but something about it just feels suspicious and scummy.

I just want the broke and homeless series finale already so I can fuck off finally
When he is homeless and begging for money on the side of the street, he won't have to change his speech at least. He already sounds like a homeless man begging on camera
Forget re-entering the job market, ironically this is what he has been training his entire life for. Literally nobody else on earth is more qualified to be a homeless beggar than DSP.

I was able to correlate Brickboy's participation in another stream he whaled in with OIC's alts tipping on his Hades stream if you remember. 5 minutes after the Brickboy account signed off, the you-know-who alts came in and tipped for Phil. And the homeless guy could still have let you-know-who borrow his account. He messages these people explaining what he's trying to do before he gains access to their accounts.

There's just nothing "real" about a homeless guy giving $300 to someone he's never met before. Sorry if you call me a conspiracy theorist for not buying that absurd prospect.

Why no do what Derich use to do and just ask "someone" to tip and give him a shout out.

Got something to back that up with there. It is the Vortex anything is possible, just look up that thing with the toy baseball bat.

If you know you know.
