Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this, but does anyone know why FTMs have -aiden names so frequently? Like Hayden, Aidan, etc. I know there's a meme about it but I don't know how exactly the name become so popular for it to be that way.

They just tend to pick whatever names are trendy at the moment, so a few years ago it was Aiden, Hayden, etc. Currently 90% of new FtMs are called Noah or Liam, which are very popular names currently for baby boys.
In contrast, MtFs either pick stripper names, generic popular female names, or names of girls they are skinwalking. Or they just feminize their own names. They almost never give themselves names that are trending currently among baby girls.
Interest in baby-name trends is almost exclusively a female thing, so this is just Exhibit #10,560 of Transwomen are Men and Transmen are Women.
