At least by the strict legal definition, everyone belongs to a protected group, because everyone has a race, religion, national origin, etc.

Yes, he is an idiot, but he knows exactly what he is saying and the angle of victimhood he is going for. In the vids posted earlier, Baked explicitly states that Arizona is the party bringing the charges and that Florida would have never done it. Obviously, that's a retard take, but he does know what is going on. He is trying to play up the whole conspiracy that the Feds are after him and he is being persecuted by the highest powers. I guarantee he would play the same Groyper Grift card over a parking ticket.

Kessler case is going on, which Roberta Kaplan has gone out and publicly said that it is essentially a lawsuit meant to deny white right-wingers the ability to organize in real life (i.e, railroading them for being white right wingers) and all you can get out of amnat simps is "lol fuck those guys they deserve it".
