anyone else in the "the state always knew he was not guilty but was terrified of their city burning down so they're intentionally sabotaging the prosecution to try and quell the mob" camp at this point

also lmao didnt joe biden use kyle rittenhouse as a promotion for white supremacy in one of his most prominent campaign videos?
If there's a scenario that is adequately explained by a prosecutor being an absolute fucking idiot, that's almost always the most likely possibility.

They just use those big double doors to feel important. There's no need for them.
Um did u not see the fucking whale woman. Yesterday who was handling laptops that she couldn't figure out how to find or play media on? Dayam, they had to open both to get her fatass to fit inside.
Fuck, Wisconsin has too many really really fat people

Well 2 possessions In Wi is a felony.

I absolutely cannot have a drug charge of any kind or I will lose my ccp. It is written in the law for applying.

Tho, for renewal (every 5 years, and it's like $50 compared to the first time $150) there mmmaaayyy be a loophole, but I doubt. It.
2nd possession being a felony is only for hard shit like blow, generally weed will be a misdemeanor under an ounce no matter how many you get

Lol they’re about to be like “what was the manner of death?” Just so the ME can say “MURDER” “HOMICIDE”
Ie the term murder means something different to medical examiners than it does in a court of law.. but who cares about dat

Edit: homicide not murder lol oops

It's all the cheese.

Medical examiner will probably perform well on direct, but I'm not sure how well he'll deal with getting beat up on the "shot in the back" issue on cross.

I suspect Lex will show him the video and be like "rosenbalm is going towards kyle the whole time, right?" And he'll either disembel in a really shitty way or just admit it.

Prosecution has no case so they feel that if they continually show Kyle shooting someone they will win.
What are the chances that prosecution ends up making jury somewhat desensitized to violence, specifically the episode they're being shown over and over again, causing it to diminish the shock value that prosecunts are betting on?

They listed like 200 potential witnesses during jury selection I believe, but we don't have like a breakdown of who is expected to actuality get called and in what order.
I'd suspect the prosecution was hoping to do what they did in the Chauvin trial where they kept trotting out witnesses to say the same thing over and over. Thing is, thats a no-no in criminal law, and this judge said 'nah".

So, are there any images of the vaporized bicep after it healed? I bet it looks like a vagia made by Dr. Rumer.
Sadly, no.

I'm a little concerned by how lightly the judge treated someone filming the jury. What if they had been livestreaming (and how do we know they weren't?) It would be too late to do anything about deleting the video. I also can't tell if the videoing of the jury is the same incident as referred to at the bus stop (do I remember that right?) this morning. Is it possible there have been two attempts to leak the jury's faces? At least we're not getting the same level of media complicity in doxing the jury as with the Chauvin trial where you had MSM outlets printing things like "age, sex, profession, enjoys motorbiking, husband recently passed" sort of detail.
He has to, he can't immediately declare a mistrial he can only mitigate the issue at first.

Thing is, if there's a mistrail, that just gives pross a redo. i think the judge should to do a directed verdict if the jury was intimated.
The last thing the prosecution wants is a mistrial. A Not Guilty verdict would be better for them. A Mistrial means they -can- try again... with the FBI 'evidence' showing Rosenbaum ambushing Kyle now in the Defenses hands, with all the testimony now said by everyone that nukes the prosecution's case all set up for them. The Defense would have easy mode, the case is made -for- them and they can hard focus around it.

Desnt matter a drug charge of any kind prevents you from getting your ccp. It's in the actual paperwork for applying and renewal. A drug charge is an auto No so don't bother applying.

I mean, it's the cheese capital of the known universe.

murder is deliberate homicide. there's no two ways about that. 'murder' in hebrew is "the intentional, premeditated killing of another person with malice"

unrelated but the examiner on the stand right now keeps smacking his lips and sloshing saliva around his mouth right up against the microphone. this is the worst part of the trial yet.
