The AG audio recording is probably my favorite Russtory artifact because of how brutal the judge was. I was afraid of the judge from listening to it, so I can't imagine how scared Russ was of him on that day. I sure would have loved to have been there that day.
It's especially funny since Russ tries to present himself as a legal expert online, and in the recording, you can tell how flustered he is when the judge makes clear Russ has no idea how the law works.

Have to say that I am also really enjoying reading the thread from the beginning (having only perused the Highlights prior). The courtroom gifs, the Mile High Neon manifesto, the Quora questions... I am thoroughly entertained.

Slight powerlevel but I am the same age as Russ and looking back, 2016/2017 was a significant time for us '91 babies. We were 25 years old, our frontal lobes were finished developing and we were settling into adulthood. Many of us freshly graduated from professional school/grad school, and excited to be landing our first real "grownup" jobs with livable wages and benefits. We had lived away from our parents for a few years by this point, and were now in the process of purchasing our first homes. Our social media newsfeeds were filled with photos of young adults proudly holding the keys in front their new little bungalows. Our old classmates were getting married and creating loving families. Life was moving forward, and fast. It was a scary and uncertain time (and honestly kinda depressing if you were lagging behind in some areas) but now I look back on '16/'17 with nostalgia.

Meanwhile, what was Rusty up to? Sending hundreds of letters and flowers to Taylor Swift and harassing her family. Creating mixtapes for Farrah Abraham. Preparing his SNAZZY look for Ariana. Furiously drafting his lolsuits, books, manifestos, quora questions, fb statuses. Drooling while staring out the window of the Amtrak on his way to Hof's brothel for the nth time that year. Sitting vacantly at his keyboard for months trying to compose "I get you, Taylor Swift". Crying to himself about misrepresentations, disability shaming, bias, and cockblocking.

What has even changed in the last 5 years? It's just more anger, more lawsuits, more celebrity obsessions. Zero accountability or personal growth.

It's just a sad and lonely life path to take and of course he has no one to blame but himself. Also I feel so much better about my own life after reading this thread

It seems like Russ just stopped progressing at about 18. Hell, you'd think that with ~10 years of janny experience he'd at least have gotten a promotion to Lead Shitscrubber or something, but nope. Just working the same entry-level bitch-tier job to keep the lights on while cooking up his latest scheme to sue a celebrity who won't suck him his pp. His only "accomplishment" is graduating from a 2-year college program in 5-years, then getting himself immediately blackballed in the field. The people he graduated with have gone on to fall in love, get married, earn doctorates, work their way up the corporate ladder, have kids...and he's still living essentially the same life he did at 18, 21, 25, 28, 30...

I liked the bit when he assured the judge he looked it up in his "lawbooks," he really did judge, honest Injun! You can believe him, judge, that's what negligence per se means!

Russ, you dumb goblin, you're supposed to update the court with your new mailing address so they know where to send paperwork for your nonsense.

This is from Charleston v. Nevada, someone else's case where he tried to intervene- to the disgust of all parties- only to be mooted because the entire lawsuit was nonsense and tossed out. When I saw an entry for undeliverable mail I had a hunch it would be our doofus.

I love how the "awesome evidence" in the AG trial was a blurry picture of a security guard. I have no idea what he thought that would prove.
IIRC it was evidence of security being on site, the guard's mere presence was meant to somehow prove he had been manhandled and discriminated by security backstage. Probably a completely different guard too.

It was something completely ridiculous like "Look at that guard at the edge of the stage, this PROVES I was mistreated backstage!"

EDIT: And he kept calling it a "bombshell" and the "smoking gun."

Ah, one of my favorite classics. :story: I know no one was able to snag/retain the entire Zoom vid, but if that clip of him rocking back and forth is still out there, I'd love to see it again.
Your wish is my command. Actually this is not a great clip, it only shows him for a few seconds, but the cope and seethe coming off of him is so radioactive when he has to plead 'no contest' it permeates the whole clip.

Just for reference:

I totally forgot about "unbiasly". God, Russ used to be so much more hilarious when he was addicted to posting on social media.
Don't think I've seen this, I love it, her quick "nah" was beautiful, and then there is Russell absolutely astonished she went off script, when he requests something you are supposed to indulge him, how dare you have the audacity to refuse him or have conflicting opinions.

Does anyone have a link to Russ

Does anyone have a link to the post with video of this trial or Russ in the lobby?

I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but his hair looks like molded plastic, like a deformed Ken doll.
Is that just dirt, or hair gel he's overloaded with?

My theory is that he puts Vitalis or something similar in his hair thinking it makes him look like Elvis or Danny Zuko. He's compared his hair to Elvis' in the past.

Well, his hair is like Elvis's. Take away the grease and the male pattern baldness, and give it actual grooming, and it's exactly like Elvis's pompadour.

Okay so I’ve only just caught up on 200 pages, and recognise this was discussed earlier but wanted to suggest something.

I understand the limitations on gofundme etc with respect to Kiwifarms, but what’s stopping Null in his personal capacity starting a gofundme for his legal fees? He is being sued in his personal capacity as well. I know I would happily contribute to the legal fees, as I’m sure a lot of us would. Granted, I don’t know a lot about gofundme but I’ve seen many gofundme pages raising money for legal fees.

Russell is likely hard at work on his appeal brief, so if we could band together to raise some money for Null before then, it could ease the financial burden.

This gets asked every month or so and the answer is “nothing really, except that it’d be a waste of time because it would get reported into oblivion if Gofundme or whatever the organization is didn’t just immediately nuke it”
