I've been re-reading this thread and looking back at the details mentioning the jury, worst case for the defence is that they zoned out and weren't paying attention, the best case is that they were angry/upset at the disingenuous of Binger's questions. Yesterday despite everything was a win for Kyle and that's not bringing in Binger messing about with the constitution and a Judge's order.

This kid really does have some higher power watching over him, it is a big no-no for the accused to testify and he came out clean.

Wasn't someone in relation to the Chauvin trial mouthing off that there was a plot to jail Chauvin anyway in the event that he as found not guilty?

This case is a tough nugget. I'm predicting he'll get off. Ironically there are similarities to this case and George Floyd's case. I don't think Floyd should have died, but I roll my eyes at all the shit being named after him (really?? you like toppling statues of American heroes but think it's ok to name stuff for a guy who held a gun to a pregnant woman's belly!?)

I think Rittenhouse is a fucking idiot, and I also think that Rosenbaum guy won't be missed (I actually learned from KF that he was a pedophile, imagine that). Hope justice is served, although right now it's looking like whatever the outcome will be, there'll be a lot of unrest.

Yes, it came out shortly after the verdict that the Feds would have arrested him on the steps of the courthouse if he hadn't been found guility.

I’ve watched some videos of people who were in the courtroom who say the jury is fed up with Binger and his attempts to use “lawyering” to put Kyle in jail instead of evidence. A sensible jury will go through all the evidence and realize the prosecution has nothing and throw out all charges. I wouldn’t be surprised, but the people killed were white so maybe they’d go for the Jewish angle?

Judges are extremely reluctant to take cases out of a jury's hands--however, they will sometimes do so in cases like this, where the state is clearly losing and clearly deliberately violating a defendant's constitutional rights and flouting/disrespecting the judge's orders in what appears to be a pretty obvious attempt to provoke a mistrial and get a second bite at the apple. Plus, it doesn't really matter to the mob how Kyle ultimately gets off--if he is acquitted they plan to riot--they don't care about the mechanism for acquital (although the judge obviously sets himself up to take some heat--I think he is old and based enough not to GAS. And I'm guessing he' s not on Twitter!)

Again it would be quite unusual--but if ever there were a case for it, it is this one.

And Judge Schroeder wanting the defense to finish what they want to do before making any decisions. If there's going to be a dismissal or mistrial, I think the most likely time it'll occur is after the defense's last witness is done and before the jury goes to deliberate. He seems like the kind of guy who wants both sides to say everything they have to say, even if the prosecution has been acting in a scandalous manner.
