His death was announced on YouTube by a guy who hadn't had much dealings with him for more than a decade and was confirmed by his ex-wife through a divorce lawyer.
He jokingly rang his mom and sister on one of his last streams and I reckon they were the only people who would still talk to him other than that southern guy who played games on his channel with him.
I know Rich was a huge shithead but that's just fucking grim.

Yes from over in the other thread, it was going to be like $6500 in alimony plus the child support on top of that, and the remaining "half" or so of the SA sale money as a lump sum.
If he hadn't blown most of SA sale money already, he could've banked his half to ensure making those alimony & support payments for the next few years.... but this is Lowtax we're talking about. And I think there was also still some outstanding tax liens against him? He was basically fucked financially no matter how you slice it.
