After today, I'm going to hedge my bets on a guilty verdict simply because I'm a doomer and Wisconsin is pozzed. That last picture, manufactured or not, is probably going to be enough to sway enough of the jury and the rest will cave to pressure. The defence had good rebuttals but their witnesses got them no favors. The first one did a good job recreating the video evidence but didn't show the entire footage to really solidify how sudden the entire thing was while the reporter dude was extremely confrontative and kind of a douche that came off as an activist.

I'd be pleasantly surprised for an acquittal, but I think the best chance is still a mistrial.
Since when the fuck is Wisconsin pozzed? No, seriously. I have been working here 2 decades as a political analyst, since -when-?

Gonna have to disagree. Today's witnesses may have been shit but the prosecutor's witnesses have done nothing but made them look bad where as the defense's were absolutely a boon for Kyle. To my knowledge the jury won't have context to the picture so there's no way that's gonna do much tbh.

Something, anything, has to happen to either make these people pay attention and accept reality or get normal people to push them out of the conversation entirely; or else we're just going to end up here again and again and again. Sanity needs to have a voice, or else this lunacy is going to keep speaking for everyone.
What's it that Ya Boi Zack says? We need another world war. One problem with that is that there's nukes.
Good times make weak men, weak men make hard times, blah blah blah blah.
May we all live in interesting times.

My experiences are mostly in the Madison area since that's where my heavily Dem sisters live, and I couldn't drive one square block without seeing that shitty LGBTQBBQ imperialist flag or a BLM sign, with a healthy side of Biden/Harris signs.

Again, it really depends on the jury, and remember that the majority of them are white women.

a blurry as fuck picture is not going to make up for the fact that the governments own witness shit the bed, their star witness even saying that he was only shot when he aimed his pistol at kyle. The lead prosecutor has a bad attitude, and while that isnt supposed to count towards their verdict it does.

people like to say "hurr durr too stupid to get out of jury duty" but any given jury has decades of life experience, likely all experienced the riots, a combined IQ of around 1200 points and they weight of a young mans life on their shoulders. its easy to be cynical but this isnt communist china yet.

There's your problem. Madison and Milwaukee are the two Democrat strongholds in the state. Outside of there, you find at best a very narrow lean blue or more likely blood red. Kenosha is a lean blue, and a narrow one.

And it'll be terrible for both sides, just in case any boogaloo romantics think otherwise.

Nobody wins when the rule of law and civil society goes into a vicious cycle of breakdown.
You're right. Absolutely right.

But I would argue we already entered that cycle a few years ago. The point of no return was "Punch a Nazi." When the left decided political violence was acceptable, that Antifa's domestic terrorism was laudable, and we all discovered to our shock and horror that there was no one remaining on the left that was sane enough to stop it. We are literally just waiting on the other shoe to drop at this point.

you are basing your judgement of a whole entire state on a city of 290k out of a state with nearly 6 million residents. keep that in mind.

I guess you could argue the fact that Kenosha is putting Kyle on trial at all and really trying to pull off some bullshit conviction speaks to it being at least somewhat pozzed.
Nah, the guy who decided to pull the trigger on this case was a Soros-funded DA. That's not a Kenosha thing, it's a slimy as fuck Soros/Establishment thing. He is right now about 20 points underwater for the next DA election due to the Rittenhouse thing.

I saw LBGTQ flags in fucking Salt Lake City, Utah, one of the most conservative states in the country. You gotta get a grip. Especially when the other side is dooming harder then you about not being able to watch Rosenbaum 2 not getting Kyle in the clink.

We're rapidly approaching the "fuckit" stage. Especially as Blackrock and Gates work very hard to cut off any ability for Americans to flee the bugmen hives they're being corralled into.

Quoting the excellent "Days of Rage" review by David Hines:

In 209 BC, two Qin Dynasty army officers, Chen Sheng and Wu Guang, were ordered to lead their troops on a march to provide reinforcements. Massive flooding delayed them. They couldn’t make their rendezvous time. In the Qin Dynasty, this carried the death penalty. No excuses.

“What’s the penalty for being late?”

“Death.”

“What’s the penalty for rebellion?”

“Death.”

“Well — we’re late.”

And that’s the story of the Dazexiang Uprising.

How does full-on streetfighting start in the United States of America? My guess is: pretty much like that. “What’s the penalty for kicking the living shit out of Leftist protestors?” “Oh, Jesus, we’d be demonized as Nazis.” “…what’ll they do if we don’t kick the living shit out of Leftist protestors?” “They’ll — hmmmmmmm….”

What happens if you just start gunning down BLM and Antifa rioters in the street before they can start shit? Or even if you just wait until they DO start shit and end them for it?

Dear fucking god, they'd call you a white supremacist. They'd destroy your life. They'd riot and burn down your cities. They'd come for your children! They'd put you in jail forever.

What happens if you just stand there watching like Kenosha Kyle did?

They'll... Huh.

Well -- the rioters are coming and the cops are letting them do it again. What do you wanna do?

If this line of thinking enters the cultural zeitgeist, we will have a very big fucking problem, very quickly. Because it will absolutely, 100%, snowball.
What makes you think it hasn't already?

One group always wins. The one who instigated it for profit and flees the moment violence breaks out.

I did say I'm a doomer, and you may be right and Kyle gets cleared of all charges, but I just can't see the light of day when virtually the entire political, entertainment, media, and tech class want this kid's head on a spike. Hopefully that's just me dooming like I've been since the beginning of 2020.

So the wisonsin police supposedly try to figure out what this is with their bullshit "enhancement" and end up cherry picking one frame. Then internet randos figure out what it actually is in a matter of hours. How incompetent are the WI state police?

Not only was he not pointing it at anyone, he didn't even have it low ready.

As someone who's very knowledgeable about the area. What do you think the verdict will be if you had a gun to your head asking? I'm genuinely curious.

This is the first time I've actually understood this photo. Now if they hadn't tried to surpruse the defense so they could have someone testify on it.
